In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Areas: We offer delivery within the Indianapolis area and surrounding cities. If you are unsure whether your location is within our delivery range, please contact us directly.
Delivery Timeframes:
Standard deliveries are completed within the selected delivery window on the scheduled date.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before a specified cutoff time (subject to availability).
For special events or large orders, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance.
Delivery Conditions:
Please ensure that the delivery address and recipient information are accurate at the time of ordering.
If no one is available to receive the arrangement, we may leave it in a safe location or attempt to contact the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery fees may vary depending on distance and order size.
For custom arrangements, event deliveries, or special requests, please contact us directly so we can ensure everything is handled with care and attention to detail.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
