Last minute Valentine’s Day order. Was able to fulfill with no problem. Wife was ecstatic when they arrived at her work. 2 co-workers immediately divorced their husbands upon seeing how beautiful the bouquet was. They should sent flowers from Roslyn’s florist.

I wasn't able to be at the wake because I live in Florida, but I heard the spray was beautiful. I was so happy to hear that considering it is January and hard to get flowers this time of year. The flowers were delivered on time considering the layers notice we received. We are extremely grateful.

I have delt with Roslyn Flowers before and was very pleased. I ordered an orchid plant to be delivered. I placed the order online. A few minutes later I got a call saying that the container that was online was not appropriate for the holiday. He said he would pick something else that would work better. I thought that was wonderful that he called me. I don’t live on L.I. And can’t shop there.

The recipient was surprised and delighted to receive the bouquet. She said they were a beautiful array of colors and flowers. However, I did ask her if she received a call first and the answer was "no" even though it was requested. Luckily she was home at the time. Thank you for making her day.

This was delivered to a relative many miles away. While I did not hear from the family yet in terms of the quality of the arrangement - I was impressed by the speed and notification by Roslyn Florist in terms of delivery. My nephew is very ill so the last thing we are expecting is word from the family but I hope that it looked like the picture or similar as he is truly Irish.

I have never purchased flowers before for anyone, offline or online, and my friend was feeling really sad this past month. Life was hitting her hard in every way possible. After some searching on the internet I found Roslyn Florist and despite some problems signing up as a Canadian (your website doesn't allow for Canadian credit cards for some reason) I was able to trick it into accepting me as an "American" person. She loved your flowers a lot today and it really cheered her up, so thank you so much for doing that for me!!!

What a wonderful bouquet. I was not able to get to the shop so I had a delivery. The shop called me and let me know when it would be delivered. It arrived to the delight of my girlfriend and was even more beautiful and had more quality than the picture online - that never happens.

The Roslyn Florist completely exceeded all of my expectations! I recently purchased the arrive in style by Teleflora - I wished to customize it for Alzheimer's awareness by adding yellow. I gave them complete flexibility in design and the end result was absolutely incredible. They truly went above and beyond! Excellent quality blooms, affordable, professional communication when discussing the desired customization, and a smooth, quick, and easy delivery. I recommend the roslyn florist to everyone!!

The actual bouquet looks nothing like the picture and certainly doesn’t look like it cost what I paid for it. I picked the yellow vase because yellow is my mom’s favorite color, but the vase was a small pinkish mirrored plastic looking vase- not the same and just a huge disappointment.

I ordered pink rose plants in a white wicker looking container.
2 plants were delivered. One without flowers and another w small flowers.
I will not order from your company again.
If you cannot fill an order, the most responsible thing to do is to reach out to the customer. I did not receive a call to inquire as to my other best choices.

Purchased for my grandmothers birthday and had them delivered. Ordering was simple and easy. I called them the day of and they were very kind and added some extra ribbon to the vase at no additional cost. My grandmother sent a picture and they looked even better than advertised. My sister and I ordered 2 separate bouquets of flowers for our mothers wedding anniversary yesterday. The delivery guy was very cordial, and even assited with opening the door so that I would be able to get into my home with the two flower arrangements & balloon. My mother was surprised, thrilled and we were all very pleased with how they turned out. I tried calling to inform how happy I was with the whole process; however I was unable to. Overall excellent service and during COVID-19.

The flowers received looked nothing like the photo above. Instead of the ‘premium’ long centerpiece, which we paid extra for, we received a tiny square of flowers (different from above, with less color) that died after 4 days.

The flowers in the arrangement do not last long and we can make something modern that will last longer. We'd like to send you a complimentary bouquet. I’ve been sending my mother flowers from here for a few years and The Roslyn Florist never disappoints! The arrangements they send aren’t exactly what is shown in the picture - they are better! (It does say on the website that they’ll do their best to approximate it depending on what flowers are available). My expectations have always been exceeded here and the flowers are always beautifully fresh.

I was told the flowers were beautiful but no one knew who sent them. I gave you folks my full name and a message for the widow but it apparently was omitted from the card that went with the flowers. Very disappointed.

Shipped quick, arrangement showed up in excellent condition. My only gripe is that the accompanying card wasn't filled out as specified. That being said, I was under the assumption it would be printed out and not hand written. Had I known that I would have made it simpler, so I do not fault the florist for this. Thank you for the quality arrangement. Will purchase again in the future.

A few of the flowers were dying when they were delivered. Apparently, the last several flower deliveries were the same and my girlfriend didn't want to tell me and make me feel bad. I'm very disappointed. Cheap flowers that I buy in Penn Station in NY last 4 times longer, for one fifth the price.
