Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
At The Lunar Lily, we take great care in ensuring every arrangement arrives fresh, beautiful, and thoughtfully presented. We deliver and service all of Montgomery county. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order. Delivery Time frames for Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 12 pm. Standard delivery hours are: • Monday–Friday: 9 am-9 pm. While we do our best to accommodate requested delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times unless previously arranged and confirmed.
Hospital, School & Business Deliveries: Deliveries to hospitals, schools, businesses, and funeral homes may be subject to the facility’s policies, operating hours, and acceptance procedures. We are not responsible for delays caused by recipient availability or facility restrictions.
Recipient Unavailable: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver may: • Leave the arrangement in a safe location • Leave it with a front desk, receptionist, or neighbor when appropriate • Contact the recipient directly for delivery instructions
Weather & Seasonal Conditions: Severe weather, holidays, traffic, or high-order-volume periods may occasionally impact delivery timing. During these times, we appreciate your understanding and patience.
Substitutions Due to seasonal and market availability: certain flowers or containers may need to be substituted. Any substitutions will be made with flowers or products of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette of the arrangement.
Incorrect Delivery Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery fees may apply for incorrect addresses, redelivery attempts, or changes made after the order has been prepared or dispatched.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
