In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

The Flower Corner – Delivery Policy:

At The Flower Corner, we are committed to delivering beautiful, fresh floral arrangements with exceptional customer service. Please review our Delivery Policy before placing your order.

Delivery Hours

• Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday during our regular business hours.

• We are closed on Sundays, except for select holidays.

• Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time and is subject to product availability and delivery capacity.

Delivery Area & Fees

• We proudly deliver within a 10-mile radius of our shop.

• Our delivery fee is $3.00 per mile, calculated from our shop to the delivery destination.

• Deliveries outside our standard service area may be available upon request and are subject to additional delivery charges and driver availability.

Delivery Time Requests:

We always do our best to accommodate requested delivery times; however, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by:

• Traffic conditions

• Weather

• Recipient availability

• Road closures

• High order volume

• Other unforeseen circumstances

  Timed deliveries may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Recipient Not Home

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, please let us know your preference by including your instructions in the Order Notes during checkout.

If you would like us to leave the flowers at the front door, porch, or another designated safe location, please clearly specify this in your order notes.

Please keep in mind that Florida's high temperatures and humidity can quickly damage fresh flowers. Unless you specifically authorize us to leave the arrangement unattended, our driver will use their best judgment to determine whether it is safe to do so.

If there is no suitable shaded or secure location, or if weather conditions could compromise the quality of the flowers, we may:

• Contact the recipient for delivery instructions.

• Leave the arrangement with a neighbor (unless instructed otherwise).

• Return the order to the shop for a future delivery.

If you authorize us to leave the flowers at the delivery location, The Flower Corner is not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, weather-related issues, animals, or reduction in flower quality after the delivery has been completed.

A re-delivery fee may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Apartments, Condominiums & Gated Communities: Customers are responsible for providing:

• Complete delivery address

• Apartment, suite, or unit number

• Gate or access codes

• Recipient's phone number

• Any special delivery instructions

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delivery delays or additional delivery charges.

Business Deliveries:

Deliveries to businesses, hospitals, schools, hotels, nursing homes, funeral homes, and other commercial facilities are subject to each location's receiving policies and business hours.

The Flower Corner is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving facility, security procedures, or the recipient's unavailability.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:

Please verify all delivery information before submitting your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

• Delivery may be delayed.

• Additional delivery charges may apply.

• We will make every reasonable effort to contact you before rescheduling the delivery.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances:

The Flower Corner is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Severe weather

• Heavy traffic

• Road closures

• Vehicle accidents

• Natural disasters

• Mechanical issues

• Other events beyond our reasonable control

We will make every reasonable effort to complete your delivery safely and as quickly as possible.

Holiday Deliveries

During major floral holidays—including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other high-volume occasions—our delivery schedule differs from our normal delivery windows due to increased demand.

To ensure every customer receives their flowers, deliveries may be made at any time during the day and as late as 11:00 PM.

Because of the high volume of holiday orders, specific delivery times or delivery windows cannot be guaranteed. Our drivers follow the most efficient delivery routes to ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on time.

We strongly recommend placing your holiday order well in advance. Ordering early allows us to offer our best available delivery windows and helps ensure your flowers are delivered as close as possible to your preferred time.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully delivered, your order status will be updated to Delivered.

To document the delivery, our drivers may:

• Take a photograph of the completed delivery for our records.

• Obtain the recipient's signature as proof of delivery when required.

The Flower Corner reserves the right to require a signature for certain deliveries, including high-value orders, business deliveries, or when deemed necessary by the driver.

Substitution Policy:

Fresh flowers are seasonal products, and availability may vary.

If certain flowers, containers, colors, or decorative elements are unavailable, The Flower Corner reserves the right to substitute them with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the original design.

Flower Care:

Fresh flowers are perishable products.

To maximize vase life, we recommend:

• Keeping flowers in clean, fresh water.

• Changing the water every 2–3 days.

• Trimming the stems regularly.

• Keeping arrangements away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and air-conditioning vents.

Quality Guarantee:

We proudly stand behind the freshness and quality of every arrangement we create.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Customer Agreement:

By placing an order with The Flower Corner, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Delivery Policy.

You understand that delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, recipient availability, security restrictions, holiday demand, and other circumstances beyond our control.
