I received information on Sunday of a family member’s funeral, (several states away from where I live) the day before the funeral was to take place at 10am. Even though the florist was closed, I received an email letting me know that they would arrive early to work the next day to get my order fulfilled. I then received a notice that the flowers had been delivered at 8:30am. They went above and beyond and is primarily the reason why I try to shop local as much as possible. Thank you The Floral Secret for your excellent customer service and helping me express my condolences at a very distressing time.

If this is the actual arrangement that was delivered, it is gorgeous. Even sweeter than the picture online. I live in Washington State and this family death was in Oklahoma. It can be difficult to make arrangements when you are miles apart. The Floral Secret not only produced a beautiful arrangement, but they also kept me informed as to what they were doing. I had been concerned about giving them such short notice on this order. I really appreciated their emails keeping me updated. I would certainly use them again, if the opportunity arises. Very great experience! I chose an item to be delivered the same day, and found out immediately that some of the flowers I requested in the bouquet were not available. Pam was quick to apologize and inform me that she had similar items in white. I told her that I trusted in her knowing that she was the pro and the bouquet turned out even better than I expected. It was a beautiful arrangement for my sister and I received a huge thank you from her when she received it not too long after.
