Since June 1, 2010, The Crimson Petal Florist has been creating beautiful, distinctive floral arrangements from our enchanting shop on Needham Street. We are completely independent, proudly owned by local resident Lee Hagopian, and staffed by three delightful, friendly, and highly experienced designers. Each day, we come to work with enthusiasm and genuine joy, ready to create custom floral pieces just for you. Putting the order went well. One repeating issue that bothers me: My profile on your web site is uncomplete, the systems refuses to accept my phone number because it is not an American number. I use your service for ~10 years and I bump into this issue every year... I am forced to put my daughter phone number on both sender and receiver profiles.... If this can be fixed - great! I wish I could help you with the international phone number issue, but I do not process orders inhouse. I have a wonderful company called Bloomnation take care of all of the order processing and we here at Crimson Petal do everything else. I've been told that it is a security issue not allowing foreign phone numbers, but beyond that, I am not sure.
