Easy to navigate web experience with a multitude of options clearly displayed to choose from. The party receiving the arrangement raved so I'd say a great job all the way around!

Simple to use Internet interface No surprise or hidden charges A nice selection of flowers I chose this outfit because of the " free delivery within 5 miles " By itself it sounds like nothing spectacular. However , I assumed the merchant put that on his/her website to subtly announce that these flowers would absolutely get delivered on time . I heard from the recipient the flowers were indeed spectacular and the delivery person was cheery and helpful Most flowers outfits are all scandals on the making It pays to contact a floral vendor where the recipient is. I did that Five stars for the flowers Five stars for the ease of purchase Five stars for the delivery Five stars for an honest transaction So A twenty-star review I neglected to mention: I am a chronic complainer Great job! The flowers delivered were as shown on the website and the recipient was delighted, however the flowers were delivered a day earlier than specified in the order.

Found your website easy to use and appreciated all the photos of bouquets available. It's so great to be able to go online and find a florist near the intended recipient, even if it's all the way from California to Vermont as in this case. The flowers were delivered yesterday as requested and I'm told they were lovely.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
