The whole experience with Tatum flowers was very convenient.
The website was easy to navigate and displayed the options nicely. I was able to select my arrangement, choose to pickup in store, and handle payment seamlessly. Once my arrangement was ready, a staff member sent me a text letting me know they were ready with a reminder of when the shop closes (nice touch!). Upon arrival to the shop, I was greeted by super friendly staff who secured and passed off my order quickly.
The flowers themselves looked great and practically mirrored the image on the Tatum Flowers webpage.
This was my first order through TF and it went great. They will be my first choice for future floral needs.

It (still!) is a beautiful arrangement and Tatum Flowers was very communicative in the delivery. I was worried they'd sit outside in 110 degrees, but because Tatum Flowers called, we were able to arrange for a neighbor to bring them in. She loved them!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the flower arrangement that was delivered. It only had a small resemblance to the photo on the website.
The customer service was very nice and prompt to call me following an email I sent to them regarding my disappointment, but took no action.
They assured me that the arrangement looked much better than the photo I sent to them of the actual arrangement and thanked me for my input.
I can not recommend Tatum Flowers and I will not use them again.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
