I e been using Sweet Peas forever! They always do an absolutely fantastic job on every arrangement! However my most recent order wasn’t quite like I’d envisioned. I’d selected a bright peach-colored bouquet - but ended up with one that wasn’t nearly as bright as I’d hoped. It was a beautiful arrangement of fall colors - mostly yellows and browns. But for this occasion it was important my bouquet kept the bright, joyful look. When I called them, they immediately said bring it back and we’ll make you a new one that meets your expectations. The replacement was beautiful and perfect and were both apologetic for not meeting my expectations but grateful I let them know so they could correct it to meet my expectations. Best customer service experience! I have anyways, and will continue to use them for my own needs - as well as recommend them to others

Beautiful and right on time.

Flowers were delivered as agreed on 8/7. The red roses look good, but the others are already fading quickly with 4 of them crispy and/or drooping on 8/9. Instructions were followed to care for them. My daughter bought roses from Target for my wife a week before I got these and they are still going strong. They still look much better than what I purchased from Sweet Peas.

Ordered lavender tulips in the medium upgrade as a Mother’s Day gift. They were above and beyond, beautiful and had unique flowers and greens mixed in. My mother loved them! This is my 2nd time ordering from this florist and I highly recommend them. Gorgeous fresh unique flower arrangements and attention to detail.

My mother in law received dead flowers on Mother’s Day and they weren’t even pink tulips like I purchased. It was really disappointing.

Totally disappointed. The tulips were not even delivered in a vase! I had to pay $15.00 for them to be delivered in the same city that the florist is located in. A total of almost $60.00 was out right ridiculous for what was delivered. I will not be a repeat customer

Flowers were beautiful. Boutenier had a few too many loose petals and the wrist corsage could have had a much better band/bracelet for what we paid for. I had my son pick these up and had no time to do anything differently.

This was our first time ordering from you. The online ordering process went smoothly. My son said it was a very easy process when he went to pick up. He was very pleased with the flowers for his prom date. However, his date's wrist corsage completely fell apart between the dinner and the dance. The glue holding the flowers to the wrist "bracelet" completely came undone. Fortunately, they were able to pick up some super glue and reattached the flowers on the way to the dance. Considering she had only worn it for 2 hours before it fell apart, that is quite disappointing.

Only has small roses in the corsage. And we paid $20 more than others.

Although the flowers that were sent were beautiful (very small though), we did not receive the arrangement pictured. No eucalyptus was included and the red roses were already opened. We chose this arrangement because it looked hardier and might last longer than other arrangements. Seriously disappointed in the size as well for $80+ (total with tip, tax and delivery charge)

Positive: I think the flowers and the price for them are great. Over all the bouquets are exactly as described.

Negative: Delivery charge of $15 dollars for a drive of less than a mile is horrible and if I had another good option I would go somewhere else.

After buying the premium vase I was slightly disappointed that i received very few blue hydrangeas that were overshadowed by the rest of the flowers.

I ordered online and it was very easy from the website. I called the next day to be sure they could be delivered that day and the pleasant voice said she was working on it and the flowers would be delivered within 2 hours. The delivery was attempted at 5pm when there was no one to receive it. The recipient told the driver to come the next day. This purchase was made at 9am so not exactly sure why it took the whole day to be delivered. This is my second purchase in a week but now i am thinking otherwise. Poor service on this one

The flowers were okay but not close to what was pictured. I understand that due to shortages and maybe even the changing season, the flowers would be different but I was disappointed in the end product. I noticed that on the website, other arrangements were updated for the fall. If this arrangement is on the website, I would expect that a similar arrangement could be made.

Graduation gift for girlfriend, she was very happy

The arrangement was very nice, but three of the 10 tulips were drooped by morning. I picked them up later Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning noticed the flowers dropping. Not enough time to contact florist before taking them to a memorial service. For the price I guess I was hoping they would last longer than 18 hours.

Have had nice results from other orders from there, so hopefully this was an isolated occurrence.

Overall the basket looked good, but not nearly as nice as the photo in the product selection. The posting notes that some plants may be different due to availability and season (and I get that), however, every single plant except for one (the palm fern, a very common plant) was different than the photo, as was the basket and the ground filling, and so what the giftee received really wasn't what we ordered. Unfortunately, the substitutes did not make as aesthetic of a composition and I very likely would not have ordered this basket at this price point if I had had available what the final product would look like. I believe that Sweet Peas Floral was not acting in bad faith, that this really is a supply chain issue, but if what they are going to produce is going to be THAT different then they need to update their photo.

I do give them extra points for their customer service; they were really quick to respond to a email about the note formatting and willing to address a very minute concern I have.

I called about a specific assortment and moments later they added it to the website so I could order!! Awesome. Thank you!!!

I ordered this bouquet on behalf of my workplace after an employee unexpectedly lost her mother. We wanted to send flowers fast and were able to get these delivered the same day. They also didn't have the right colors for some of the flowers due to a shipment issue so they substituted with others and it turned out beautifully and our recipient really loved them!

This was for my Grandmother's 95th birthday. I chose this design because it did not have roses, she is not a fan of roses. I also chose the Premium bouquet so that there would be alot more purple and blue flowers. The flowers that showed up had roses and the bouquet was not as big as expected. While it was a very pretty arrangement when it arrived, it didn’t last very long. The flowers were wilted within a couple of days after arrival as well as the greens.

I was very disappointed about the size of this floral arrangement...and sad to say did not meet my expectations. The $ amount and size relationship were not comparable. I was kind of embarrassed.

I was happy with the delivery service, but disappointed in the actual arrangement compared to what is shown in the picture. It shows 3 succulents and we got 1 succulent, 1 huge and unruly-looking aloe, and one that may be a succulent but looks a lot like aloe again.

Although the image shows ONLY red roses, what was delivered was HALF RED CARNATIONS and half red roses. This is especially disappointing given that I paid an additional $20 for the "premium version". Tracking the status of delivery was impossible as the website still shows it as "in process" even though the flowers were delivered days ago. When calling the store, there was no answer on the day of delivery, so customer service was also disappointing.

So I have a suggestion instead of a review, I think the flowers should include a comment card for the recipient to leave a comment on the website as to how satisfied they were with the flowers. The sender does not see them and this way you should get rave reviews because the actual people that see them will enter the reviews. Just a suggestion.

We have historically used this Florist in the past as they do an excellent job. We are from Indiana yet have family in cottage Grove. We upgraded this arrangement to a deluxe and included a balloon as it was for our three-year-old granddaughter‘s birthday. When family sent a picture of the arrangement, there was no upgrade as per ordered and paid for. Single Gerber Daisy was yellow not pink as displayed. Called and spoke with someone today. Sweet Peas Apologized and reimbursed the “deluxe” and the tip we included.

You have always done a beautiful job with your arrangements. They have looked exactly as advertised. Unfortunately this past purchase was not as satisfying. You were out of orchids and that’s understandable but I was not happy with the substitution. It did not look as luxurious. I know it is one of you lower cost items but it was a disappointment to me. The person I sent them to was happy to get them but she didn’t know what I originally planned to send. No worries just a heads up

The delivery was delivered in time, the flower arrangement wasn’t the exactly flowers pictured, BUT even better and my sister didn’t know the difference anyway. However, I ordered and PAID 4.99 for a “Happy Birthday” balloon that wasn’t with the delivery!! Which is why I couldn’t give a full 5 star rating.
Don’t worry if I need a delivery of flowers again in Woodbury, I WILL use your services again & WILL recommend you to others... mistakes do happen & I am sure I will be refunded or my sister will get her balloon. Thank you, Kate Crandall

Okay...the team of florists went above and beyond for this arrangement. First of all, it was beautiful. Not exactly as pictured....quite honestly. Better than pictured. PLUS. Afterwards they sent a text with the plants/flowers that they used so that it could verified as "cat safe". (Which was NOT part of my initial instructions...oops). But it wasn't a big deal for them to email with the names of items used. It really could not have been any better. I've used Sweet Pea a few times now. They continue to impress. They have become my florist of choice. Thank you to the team.

The flowers look like those pictures, the delivery was quick, and when I called to correct an error that I made online, the staff was friendly and able to help me fix my mistake. I only took one star off because I would like to see the price include tax, service and delivery before I order. Instead, these get added in pieces as I went through the checkout process, adding $20 to the cost.

I had ordered the Vera Wang Grand occasion bouquet for my brother and sister in law’s 25th wedding anniversary. Based on the picture, it was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for them. When my sister-in-law sent a picture to thank us I was rather shocked, nothing like the picture. I know at some point the lilies will open, but it is that initial presentation. Maybe mix some opened lilies with the closed ones. For a bouquet that cost $203 (included taxes, delivery fee and tip), I was pretty disappointed.

It was close to the picture, but in the pic there were 5 rose buds and the one delivered only had 2 which were quite bloomed. The substitution of other flowers was nice but main thing was how fast it was delivered.

What a pleasant experience. Ordered flowers for my daughter's 35th birthday (a Saturday) from out of state. Same day delivery. I ordered online @ 10am and the flowers were delivered by noon. Unexpectedly, my daughter was out of town for the weekend. Sweat Peas rescheduled with my daughter, notified me by voicemail of the change, and delivered the flowers first thing (Monday morning) on my daughter's return.
