I was extremely disappointed in the replacement vase that came with my arrangement. I understand that they were sold out of the original vase that I wanted. I feel that I should of been up graded to a better vase that a cheaper one. My arrangement did not look even close to the picture.

Florist read my notes. When the recipient sent me a photo, I was startled to see colors I asked to not be used, so I called her. She assured me she read and adhered to my request. She was right. The photo made it look pink, but in reality, she had used reds and oranges, as asked. Phew. Lesson learned, don't trust cell phone pics!

While this arrangement is beautiful, it was much, much smaller than I expected it to be for the price. The casserole dish is only around 6 inches across at the widest point. The amount of flowers used appears to be fewer as well.

I'm sorry, the bouquet was not as big as you anticipated. With Pfaltzgraff dish, as it is name brand, it comes with a higher cost than others, similiar to Vera Wang, Marquis, or Thomas Kinkade. Almost half the amount of the arrangement is the container, and I dropped the price of the arrangement considerably from what 1800flowers sold it for. As far as looking like fewer flowers, it actually more stems than pictured. It has the 5 roses as it pictured, plus the array of fall mums and filler (3 large, 3 vikings, 2 red, 2 solidago).

I ordered an arrangement for a friend’s retirement to be delivered on a specific date. They could not deliver on first attempt as no one was at the house and they reached out immediately for further instructions. I asked for it to be delivered a second time after making sure someone was at the house. My friend sent a picture after it arrived and the arrangement was as ordered. The arrangement brightened their day of celebrating a long career. Exceptional service.

I found that Sunshine Blossoms had a different group of choices and price ranges than other local Florists. I ordered online but I did call to verify the exact location for delivery. They were easy to contact and very customer friendly. I was told by relatives that attended the service that the arrangement was beautiful.

I live in Colorado and my family is in Kansas... I have use Sunshine now three times and the arrangements they send are GORGEOUS and last a long time. Delivery is on time and they pay attention to the instructions. Customer service is great... I wish they had a location here in Colorado. Extremely disappointed . We are an active duy family who depends on local florist for special occasions as we can't just drive an pick something up ourselves . This was a huge let down. The only thing that resembled the picture was the vase. The arrangement looked like it was done in a rush . Honestly it looked like it was picked out from a local overgrown field. =( . don't recommend . highly disappointed.
