The flowers were beautiful and arrived on time. I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone or email to confirm receipt and delivery so that caused a bit of anxiety on the day of delivery (I did receive an auto response when the order was placed and an auto follow up email the before delivery). I wasn’t able to leave a vm message on either phone (both were full) and my email did not get a response. But the delivery went as planned so it all worked out well. I would order from Hannah again. . ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for the kind words and for letting us know. We're sorry for the tech difficulties with our notifications that day; our automated system was down (the way we notify when our retail shop is closed) but that issue has been fixed. We're glad the delivery arrived as planned and appreciate that you would order from us again.
