Whether you're a longtime resident of Amery or just passing through town, we hope you'll take a few minutes to stop in and visit us. As a full-service floral shop, we're here to help with all of life's occasions, from everyday floral needs and special celebrations to sympathy arrangements and wedding flowers. Our shop is also filled with unique gifts, beautiful plants, home décor, and plenty of fun surprises around every corner.
One thing you'll quickly discover is that we have a great sense of humor, too! We love watching people wander through the store and suddenly burst out laughing at something they've found. Seeing those smiles and hearing that laughter brings a smile to our faces as well. On memorial Day weekend they delivered a lovely arrangement to my grandfathers gravesite. They contacted me before to run what they had in mind by me, contacted Amery cemetery to make sure they were directed to the right site, and informed me when it had been delivered. Above and beyond. At Stems from the Heart, each arrangement is thoughtfully designed by our floral team. In some instances, photos may represent an overall style or theme and include unique flowers, containers, or design elements that cannot be replicated exactly.
While your arrangement may not look identical to the photo, we will always strive to capture its overall beauty, style, and sentiment. Due to seasonal availability, weather conditions, and market fluctuations, substitutions of flowers, greenery, or containers may occasionally be necessary. When substitutions are required, we carefully select items of equal or greater value while preserving the color palette, design style, and overall feel of the arrangement.
If certain flowers, colors, or design elements are especially important to your order, please note them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us directly to confirm availability. We are committed to creating a beautiful arrangement that meets your expectations and conveys your heartfelt message.
Delivery Policy
At Stems from the Heart, we make every effort to contact recipients before attempting delivery. While we do our best to complete deliveries as scheduled, some circumstances are beyond our control. Living in Wisconsin means dealing with a variety of weather conditions throughout the year, and for the safety of your flowers and plants, we cannot always leave deliveries unattended outdoors.
If we are unable to reach the recipient or determine that it is not safe to leave the delivery, we may need to make alternate arrangements for delivery or pickup. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure every order arrives in the best possible condition.
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not offer delivery service on Saturdays or Sundays.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to address any issues that may arise.
