Start To Finish

I order this and it never got delivered on the day. I called customer service and was told that the florist will deliver the next day. It never got delivered. Don’t take orders if you can’t fulfill it.

My mom said the arrangement was beautiful, and I would have given it 5 stars, but the delivery was WAY late, and she didn't receive the flowers on her actual birthday, since she had already gone to bed when they arrived. But, she did get them the next day, and loved them.
I was offered a full refund, but since the arrangement was so beautiful, and apologies were made, I decided to just keep the purchase.

Superior service! Will definitely use again and recommend!

A wonderful experience! I called the day of delivery to verify that it, indeed, would be made, and I was left rest assured by the owner. When the delivery was completed, I was sent a picture for evidence.
I’ll use Start to Finish again!

I originally was not happy with the substitution of the flower boquet and vase and then the kind woman who runs the shop personally called me to offer to make it right. But after her call and explaination of sizes of vase height and that she did actually upgrade the flowers I feel like everything was made right. Pictures sent to me by the receiver of the flowers - for whatever reason looked very small.
I would like to stress the customer service of the shop owner and her desire to make sure she left me as a satisfied customer wins her my loyalty to use her business again. I’m from PA and will reorder again for my family in NC.

We are sorry you were unsatisfied with substitute arrangement. The vase that we used is listed as a moon shaped vases by supplier. We did use the same color carnation shown in the original arrangement and added 8 Gerber Daisies, a premium stem to make for the floral substitution. We hope you will give us a second chance and consider using us in the near future.

Great customer service! Changed my delivery date and delivered it outside of their normal area. Highly recommend!
