Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (775) 217-5030, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (775) 217-5030 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I’m very sorry to hear that the arrangement didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how important it is for our customers to feel confident in what they’re sending, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment.
Occasionally, due to seasonal availability and freshness standards, we do have to make substitutions. In your case, we chose to upgrade the arrangement by using higher-quality flowers to ensure it was full, fresh, and beautiful—but we absolutely understand that it may have looked different from the website photo, and I regret that this wasn’t clearly communicated upfront.
I did reach out to you directly and offered to remake the arrangement at no additional cost, which you kindly declined. We always stand behind our work and strive to make things right when a customer isn’t satisfied.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
