Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to the availability of certain flowers in different parts of the country. We will always make every effort to maintain the overall style, design, color scheme, and value of your arrangement by using flowers of equal or greater value whenever possible.
From time to time, substitutions of keepsake items, containers, or other specialty products may also be necessary due to availability or increased demand, particularly around major holidays.
For single-flower arrangements, such as all-rose or orchid arrangements, we will make every effort to provide the requested flower type. However, if the specific flower or variety is unavailable, we may substitute the flower color while keeping the arrangement as close as possible to the original selection.
Our goal is always to create a beautiful arrangement that reflects your order as closely as possible while working with the freshest flowers and products available.
Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
