We offer a variety of classes including make-and-take succulent gardens and fresh-cut design styling. The coolers at Simply Rustic Floral always have a beautiful selection of fresh flowers and we love designing custom arrangements for the person the flowers are intended for!

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (218) 692-0120, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (218) 692-0120 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Janice, I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed. The recipient is a regular customer to the shop and knowing she would be out and about for her birthday, I called her to coordinate a good time to deliver and I asked her what her favorite color is. she said 'green, peach and white', so I used a gold tumbler and made her an arrangement I knew she would love! Upon delivery, she told me repeatedly how much she loved them and then, she sent you a photo, thanking you for the flowers and telling you how much she loved them. That is unfortunately when you chose to grace me with a 3 stars review. I have reached out to you to discuss and having not received a reply, I reached out to the recipient and She again shared that she loves the flowers and was sad to hear about your review.
at time of purchase, a disclaimer stating that there may be changes due to product availability and season was posted. The purple tumbler with coordinating flowers you ordered was designed the same, only in a gold tumbler with peach, white and green flowers. The recipient and I agree, it was 5 stars. Again, I'm so sorry for your disappointment but, I wouldn't change a thing. =)

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
