What a FANTASYIC job Sherman's has done for meeting my gift needs! The arrangements were BEAUTIFUL and my family loved them! Timely and professional!

Wonderful. I ordered from overseas a special delivery for my Daughter in Saint Georges day, Barcelona-way Sant Jordi Rose, and they matched it!!! Delivered on time and call my daughter who called me crying deeply overwhelmed. Thank you!!

Needed flowers for a funeral at the last minute and Sherman's Florist was able to get it done for us. Great customer service!

Previously gave a 2 star rating but changing it to 5 stars! Sherman’s Florist has a great customer service and since I wasn’t happy with the initial arrangement, they happily made it right and sent a new arrangement. Both the owner and delivery person was super nice and apologetic. I will definitely order from them again in the future because they truly care about their customers.

Great experience!
It was a last minute order for delivery and the flowers were delivered early the next day. Flowers looked exactly like the picture (beautiful) and I ordered a balloon from the website that just said congrats. They recognized it was for graduation and updated the balloon to a graduation balloon.
I received an email letting me know the flowers were delivered shortly after they were delivered. It went as well as I could have hoped.
Highly recommend!

Hello Shermans Florist, my wife found the flowers I order crushed and lying on the ground. I emailed the picture. She had to discard some of the flowers. I am disappointed and would like a refund.
I called (409) 755-1901 at the Lumberton location
on Feb 15th and spoke with someone named Christian. Christian said that her manager is not available at the moment but will get back to me. No one got back to me as of today Feb. 18th

Ordered the 16 premium roses but only received 11 roses. Paying $160+ and not getting what you paid for is a bit disappointing. Overall the flowers were very nice and they were delivered rather quickly. So other than not receiving what I paid for I guess one could say I was pleased with my purchase.

We have used Sherman's for delivery to my aunt and grandmother for quite a while and they never fail to deliver (no pun intended!). I had flowers sent to a friend for her birthday and left the florist a message to call if noone answered bc she may be out back; she keeps dogs and probably wouldn't hear the knock. I got the call, after no answer, and was able to let my friend know to check her front porch. Good customer service is HUGE these days! Ty so much for yours! The arrangement we bought for a funeral service were absolutely beautiful. I had requested to have them delivered the day before and they texted and said it would be better if they were delivered first thing the morning of the service so that they could stay in the cooler and stay fresh. I was a little disappointed in the amount of plants in the basket. I thought the picture looked a lot fuller. The florist called me back and fixed the problem and apologized for the inconvenience. I was satisfied with how fast she handled the situation.

I was a little hesitant to order online b/c we have ordered arrangements from other places before and then the actual arrangement was much smaller and not worth the money at all. When I received the photo from my friend of the arrangement, I was very pleased! The arrangement was larger than I expected it to be, it was very full, was bright and happy. I was very happy with it! I ordered this arrangement for my Mom for her birthday and it looked absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered. I understand that it will not always be exact, but the ribbon used was curling ribbon and the arrangement was not even put together very well. My Mom had to rearrange them to make them look right. Very Disappointed!

I ordered the Blooming Garden Basket by Teleflora because I loved all the pretty blooms. What was delivered was a basket with mostly green and few blooms. It was a pretty arrangement, it just didn't really seem to compare to the picture on the website according to the colors. I was hoping to get at least one of the flowers that were in the picture, rose, azalea?, ivy, or violet. None of the flowers were present. I would not have ordered the plant that was delivered simply because it made me think of a funeral arrangement that I was hoping to avoid. I'm giving Sherman's Florist 4 stars because the customer service was good. They sent me a picture after it was made. And the arrangement they sent was pretty and I'm sure much appreciated regardless of the differences.

Flowers look great. The only issue is with the delivery. We instructed them to leave it at the front door but they left it at the garage door which is more exposed to the road (didn't want them to get stolen as we knew the recipient wasn't going to be home). Not sure why they would have left it there when instructions stated exactly where to leave them. Other than that, lovely arrangement.

Had expected the top flowers to be pinkish and variegated like the flowers in the picture (and had called to be sure you would have them) but can understand that you might change them out for red this time of year. Also had expected the green flowers on top and thin spiral ribbons. The recipient was not home when you delivered but was delighted that you took such good care to make sure this held outside and made sure to close the gate. She was glad you did not just set it down on the cement on her front porch. She told me she called you to thank you for that. Thanks for your care with this order.

I was a bit disappointed by my arrangement. As you see in the picture this arrangement is in a glass vase. And has multi colors not just orange. I ordered this arrangement because it was my moms 82 Birthday. Moms favorite color is lavender and next to the orange it really looks beautiful. However. The arrangement she received was much smaller not in a glass vase and only had two different types of orange flowers in it No lavender or green And my husband had to pick up the flowers because the local florist did not call her before trying to deliver as instructed and she was not home when they got there.

Purchased the "Just Tickled Bouquet" for my mom for Mother's Day. They were delivered on time, and I received a notice when they were delivered. She loved the bouquet and said they were beautiful. I am pleased with the purchase.

I was very unhappy with the flowers. They were wilting and all hanging down - not nice and standing like in the picture. I even ordered the premium to make it bigger and fuller. It was not really any more flowers that I could tell and they were all sagging. It was not like the picture at all. Very disipointed!

I ordered the Make a Wish bouquet because of all the different bright colors. While the arrangement received was pretty, it looked nothing like what was represented, so I was a bit let down.

I was rather let down by the floral arrangements sent to my Grandmother at the nursing home. I was encouraged my many to pick a local florist rather than online flowershopping since the outcome - I was told - would be drastically different.

January, I spent $70 (the same amount I spent here) for online flowers for my grandfather who passed away a year ago last February and they were much bigger in size.

When I saw THESE flowers I was quite disappointed. Hopefully I won't have to send more flowers, but if I do they won't be from here.

Received a picture of what was delivered to my mother. I'm not happy at all. It looks like someone took a wrapped bouquet and threw them in a vase without even bothering to arrange the flowers. I would like this to be made right as I feel the arrangement was not done appropriately. I even paid for a premium arrangement and all I can see is roses literally thrown in a vase. I send my mother flowers several times a year and this time I chose to order local to support her community and now I feel like I cheated her as all the flowers I have sent her in the past have been beautiful with variety and full looking. This is what I read on your website and clearly understood and I do not feel the arrangement sent is remotely close. "Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will." Also read and understood this on the standard, "Bouquet will be delivered approximately as pictured." Then opted to upgrade to Premium. "We will add more blooms and select the highest quality flowers we offer in this style."

After Ivory hit a major promotion for being a great Scentsy consultant (ivorygilcher.scentsy.us) earned a major promotion. So I sent her flowers. One hour after the order was placed Shermans upgraded my order and the flowers were out for delivery within 2 hours.
The flowers and the cost for delivery were very fair. I was very appreciative of their great service.

The flowers in the picture were nothing like what she received. It was a very small arrangement shoved into a small vase, with some of the flowers being broke. I would like someone to call me on this matter.
