Here at Sander Ranch Flowers, our team shares a singular goal: to take care of your precious moments as if they were our own. For over 15 years, we've been committed to fostering excellence in everything we offer, from world-class floral design and unique home décor to corporate services, weddings, and special events. Today, our family-owned company has a small comfortable shop that is big on design in Castle Rock Colorado, as well as nationwide flower delivery through our extensive network of partner florists.

Flowers were not delivered. They were scheduled to be delivered on a Saturday 1/25/25. Because the florist closes at noon on Saturday, I could not call to ask about the delivery. Also closed on Sunday. So I can’t contact anyone to ask questions until Monday, 2 days after the delivery was to be made and after my mom’s 70th birthday. Super disappointing that there wasn’t any communication about this. EDIT: I was contacted by Sander Ranch on Monday and they were very apologetic for the misunderstanding. They are usually open on Saturdays but were closed the Saturday I placed my order for a family function. Their online orders had remained open. They still delivered my order and provided a refund. Excellent customer service. And the flowers were beautiful, as usual. Thanks to their efforts to correct the situation, they have most definitely kept me as a customer!

I think these are the most beautiful flowers we have received from any florist!! These were way beyond our expectations. Somehow the way the flowers are arranged it looks as if you are looking deep into the arrangement!

Flowers were exactly what was pictured (just some color differences) and when there was an issue with one of the flower types being out of stock the contacted me immediately and showed what would be replacing it and made sure that was ok before continue with my order. Will definitely order again in the future

Not all flowers pictured in our product photos are in stock or available year-round. Our photos represent the overall style, theme, and color palette of an arrangement and may include seasonal flowers or one-of-a-kind vases and containers that cannot be exactly replicated.
Because flowers and containers are subject to seasonality, weather, availability, and market conditions, the finished arrangement may not look exactly like the photo shown. However, we will always make every effort to preserve the overall look, style, theme, and color scheme of your selected arrangement.
When substitutions are necessary, we will use flowers and/or containers of equal or greater value whenever possible. Our experienced designers will select the most appropriate substitutions to maintain the integrity and overall appearance of the original design.
If a particular flower, color, flower variety, or design element is especially important to your order, please include that information in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Please understand that substitutions may be necessary and are not considered a reason for cancellation or refund when the overall value, style, and color scheme of the arrangement are maintained.

Gated Communities: If your order is being delivered to a gated community, please provide the correct gate code or access instructions. Without proper access information, we may be unable to complete the delivery on the first attempt, which may result in delivery delays or additional delivery fees.
Businesses & Schools: For deliveries to a business or school, please provide the full name of the business or school along with any applicable department, office, or suite information. This helps us ensure your flowers reach the correct location.
Cold Weather Deliveries: To protect the quality and freshness of your flowers, we cannot leave floral deliveries unattended when temperatures are below 39°F. Someone must be available to receive the arrangement, or alternative delivery arrangements may be required.
Providing complete and accurate delivery information at the time of ordering helps us provide the best possible service and ensures your flowers arrive in the condition we intend.
Refund Policy

However, we understand that circumstances may arise where an exchange is necessary. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss an exchange. Exchanges are subject to approval and product availability.
