Delivery person was rude and unprofessional. When I brought this to attention of the owner, no consolation for the terrible customer service was offered. In fact no apology was offered, and when I asked for a small refund of the delivery fee of $15, I was refused; twice. Nice bouquet, but I will not be ordering from this shop again.

Worst service ever! Flowers were not delivered! Flower shop had pad lock over door when trying to find a resolution after services, also sign in window CASH ONLY! Upon driving by after funeral, shop was open. Went in to talk with them, when never receiving return call. They said sorry the internet/online does not go through to their landline! Asked how to get my money back, told me when I cancel order online, it will credit my account. THERE IS NO PLACE to REFUND!

San Pedro Flowers was amazing. I live in Illinois and had no clue where to shop for flowers for my daughter who lives in San Pedro. San Pedro Flower did not disappoint. The flowers were beautiful and my daughter loved them. I also asked for balloons along with the flowers. Sylvia did a wonderful job. There was a little problem with my daughter being home for delivery on Saturday but the owner accommodated me and made sure she received them on a Sunday! Can’t be more grateful for this and thank San Pedro Flowers from the bottom of my heart for this!!

While other area flower and gift shops will give you excuses why deliveries are “no long allowed to cruise line”, this San Pedro Flower Shop is getting them through regardless of Pandemic and Security and other obstacles. Just tell them what you want and when you want it there and IT WILL BE DONE! Even if you don’t know what you want, they’ll be happy to make an appropriate suggestion. Fair price, super service and uncompromising quality. San Pedro Flower Shop will definitely be getting future business from me.
