Got another perfect bouquet of flowers at Rosebud for my wife. I’ve been going there exclusively for over ten years now and have never been disappointed!

I didn't get the vase that was pictured/in the description, and the delivery person left the flowers on the side door where my wife didn't see them.
Other than that, the flowers are great and they did a great job with the arrangement. I'll probably buy from here again, but next time I'll leave delivery instructions and not get attached to the vase that they say I'll get with the flowers.

In response to your review Nathan, we called your home before delivering your flowers, no one answered.
Weather permitting, we were able to leave it outside.
Arriving at your home, the Man Door clearly states on the message to leave deliveries there.
I did that because if no one was home, you would see it when arriving home.
I apologize if that was not where it was found right away.
I also carried your amazon package to that door because it was left on the stone wall.
The vase substitution is mentioned on our page, unfortunately we are unable to get certain vases at short notice.
We do apologize for that. I appreciate your positive comments in the latter portion of your review.
We try really hard to do a good job always, we strive for solid 5 stars.

The Wind Chime was very pretty but I thought the stand would be much larger. There were quite a few other chimes at the viewing and some of the 30" chimes were on a much larger stand. Mine looked a little lost! You do not specify the size of the stand on your website. Maybe you should add that to the description of the item ordered.

I did not actually see the wind chimes but from what I heard from people who did see them, they were beautiful.
Rosebud was very easy to deal with. I placed the order online on the weekend. I then realized I had forgotten my name. I called early Monday morning and they handled it fro me. I liked that they carried other things than flowers for funerals.
This is a nice local place to do business.

There was a wide selection of arrangements to choose from, and I had a place to request specific flower swaps (if in season). I found placing an order to be very easy. I live out of state and placed an order for local delivery.

We ordered the arrangement with the expectation that there would be Lilly’s as the picture shows. When the arrangement arrived there was not a single Lilly. I was disappointed since it was my deceased uncle’s favorite flower. When I called to express concern I was treated rudely and told that the florist has the right to substitute flowers.
