Renee's of Ridgefield

Nestled between Crystal Lake and Woodstock in a charming village of antique shops, Renee's of Ridgefield creates beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions. We have been serving Crystal Lake and surrounding towns by sending smiles and coloring events with flowers since 1998. We also offer a selection of everyday and seasonal gifts, as well as bright and colorful outdoor blooming planters in spring and summer. Our beautiful flower garden, complete with a walking path, wraps all around the building and is a sight to see in itself! Our designers are AIFD and ICPF accredited and are happy to make your visions come to life. We take pride in our designs and only send out the best arrangements. ABOUT THE OWNER
Our Designers

Julie (left) is the manager and lead designer here at Renee's. She has always had a deep love and appreciation for the natural beauty of the world, she is an animal and plant lover and her love of nature is what led her to become a floral designer! Julie is a strong believer in kindness, acceptance, empathy, and self expression. She believes that every person and every creature on earth deserves respect and compassion, and she leads her staff and serves her clients with that in mind. Dana (right) is another talented designer here. She is a floral designer who loves working with color, texture, and flowers that truly last. Working in the industry for 18 years, her designs focus on movement and natural beauty, creating arrangements that feel thoughtful, layered, and full of life. Dana is grateful to be in a profession that is part of so many meaningful moments—celebrations, milestones, and times of remembrance—and she takes care in creating arrangements that honor each stage of our customers’ lives.

Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient's time zone.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How will I receive a new bouquet?

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (815) 459-0180, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (815) 459-0180 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Renee's of Ridgefield has been my go-to florist for the last 20 plus years. Renee's has handled my wedding, both of parent's funerals and every other occasion.

This was my first experience with Renee‘s flowershop. I live overseas and my Mom in the US. The website was sup easy to use, accepted my international cell phone number and address, for the billing. Delivered, on time, a beautiful arrangement to my Mom for Mother‘s day. Along the order process I was provided email updates. I will use Renee‘s in the future!!!

Extremely impressed with the customer service I received. Worked with Julie, who went above and beyond, to get exactly what I wanted. I was in the floral industry for over 30 years and know what I want and what I don't. Julie worked hard to complete my order with patience while providing excellent customer service (which seems to be difficult for businesses these days). These guys were great. Ordered a bouquet delivered for my dau-in-law's birthday, to be delivered to their house, and then learned that they were out of town for a few days, so the bouquet would be left sitting on the porch :-o So I called the shop, and they said it's no problem for the driver to go back, pick it up, and bring it back to their shop, and then re-deliver on the day they were getting home. No extra charge :-) Now THAT"S customer service!

I order several arrangements for my clients from Renée’s. Every arrangement is beautiful! They are exactly what I see online. I must admit I’ve only had one bad experience where the arrangement with delivered to a client and was nothing as to what I asked for. However, the arrangement was very beautiful! Just not the one I ordered.
Other than that, I have been so satisfied with the gorgeous arrangements that you guys make. Hands-down, my favorite place to order flowers.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

We strive to have all scheduled deliveries completed by close of business, on or before 4pm daily. Any floral arrangements requiring receipt during a specific block of time will be evaluated on a case-by-cases basis taking into account distance, orders scheduled for delivery, location, and driver availability.
Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at reneesofridgefield.com or by phone at (815) 459-0180 during our business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-4:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM-1:00 PM, Sun Closed).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or keepsakes. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
