Substitution Policy
In some cases, product photos are intended to represent the overall style, color palette, and aesthetic of the arrangement and may feature specialty flowers or one of a kind vessels that cannot be replicated exactly. While your arrangement may not look identical to the photograph, we will preserve its overall feeling, style, color palette, and value. Flower varieties, greenery, containers, and other design elements may occasionally be substituted due to seasonality, weather, market conditions, or product availability. When substitutions are necessary, we will only use items of equal or greater value while maintaining the integrity of the original design. If a specific flower, color, vessel, or design element is especially important to your order, please include your request in the Florist Instructions at checkout or contact Ramo Society prior to ordering so we can confirm availability.
Delivery Policy
Ramo Society offers local delivery throughout Denver and surrounding areas. Same day delivery may be available depending on order time, floral availability, and driver availability. While we always do our best to accommodate requested delivery dates and times, exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless arranged in advance. Please provide the recipient’s correct name, phone number, address, and any necessary gate, apartment, suite, or building instructions at checkout. If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may leave the arrangement in a safe location, with a front desk, receptionist, concierge, neighbor, or another appropriate person. If the arrangement cannot be safely delivered, we will attempt to contact the recipient or purchaser for further instructions. Ramo Society is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect information, restricted access, unavailable recipients, weather, traffic, or circumstances outside of our control. During major holidays and high volume periods, delivery times may be extended and same day availability may be limited. We recommend ordering in advance whenever possible.
Refund Policy
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (720) 531-5135, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
