ABOUT THE STORE
Raindrops-N-Roses
Crystal Musen is Brooke’s sister n law and the manager of the shop, she handles phones and customers, and keeps Brooke inline : ), cares for our plants, delivers when needed. Her favorite job is making balloon bouquets. She is also learning a great deal as she works in a flower shop. Julie Watkins has many years working at the flower shop. She is the delivery coordinator for valentine's day and Mother's day, which is a huge job! Delivering throughout the year, when needed, and handles the billing and accounting. Nevaeh Witten is a blossoming young florist. She is currently designing under Brooke's guidance. She delivers flowers (one of her favorite jobs), answers phones, processes flowers, and taking an online floral course. She is also Brooke's daughter and just loves the floral industry as much as she does. Vega Musen is Crystal's daughter and Brooke’s niece, she is also learning the floral industry. One of Vega's favorite jobs at the flower shop is cleaning the cooler twice a week. She jumps in wherever needed, cares for the plants, is the anrtist who does our special projects and keeps our chalkboard beautiful. She is also taking an online flower course and is a budding florist in the works. Abi Kortz is bonus family member and is slowly getting her feet wet in the floral world. She is delivering, processing flowers, jumps in where needed, and is taking an online design course.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Brooke Plough
Brooke Plough is the owner and lead designer at Raindrops N Roses. Her great grandfather came to America from Holland in 1906, you could say she has the skills for flowers in her blood! She has grown and enjoyed flowers for 25 years and now following a new adventure of owning a retail flower shop. She loves weddings, events, custom arrangements, and welcomes challenging projects. Brooke says about a challenging project, "I just love the whole process, from figuring out the mechanics to the beautiful finished design"

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient's time zone.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (317) 398-2577, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (317) 398-2577 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Beautiful arrangement for a funeral. It was very close, if not better than the one as pictured which is not usually the case with online orders I’ve placed with other florists in the past. Low delivery free and no outrageous “service fee” like another local florist adds on to their orders plus twice the delivery fee.

I sent an ail earlier about hours ago and havent gotten a response. My flowers looked nothing like this picture and in fact were pathetic. If you couldn't recreate the bouquet in the picture you should have reached out or sent my money back. I asked for it to be redone or get my money back. My daughter deserved much better than this and I was so embarrassed and angry at the picture she sent. I guarantee I will never use your business again and if I get no satisfaction I will make sure to let everyone see how much you charge for the disaster you call a bouquet.

Due to high local demand, some of the flowers in my original arrangement were unavailable. Brooke worked closely with me to create a modified design using the flowers she had on hand, and the result was absolutely beautiful. They called to confirm I did need two and to make sure I didn't accidentally order too many. They are thoughtful and the woman who called was so nice! I highly recommend Raindrops-N-Roses! Beautiful arrangement and Superb Customer Service! The flowers were a birthday present for my sister and I live in Iowa. Brooke could not reach my sister by phone and I didn’t want the flowers left outside as I didn’t know if she left for the weekend. Brooke was in communication with me until the day’s final delivery opportunity to see if I reached my sister. Unfortunately I couldn’t until late afternoon but the flowers were delivered the following Monday. A very happy ending. Thank you!!

Ordered the Vibrant Colored Designer's Choice for my amazing gf. She loves bright colored flowers and such. We have a little distance and I wanted to brighten her day! The flowers were very nice and comparable to the online picture. My only issue: The arrangement was lacking in heighth (as shown online) and flowers were slightly cramped into the container. Overall, the arrangement was worth the price and conveyed our sympathy. I don't live in the area but would definitely use this florist shop again.

All was well except the card was not sent (or lost) with the arrangement. The recipient did not know who the flowers were from and I never heard from her about them until I asked. Without the card, she had no idea who to thank. It created some ackwardness. Thanks.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.

What is the best way to keep my flowers last longer?
Keep your vessel filled with water and flower food. We send a packet of flower food with all arrangements with the exception of flowers for sympathy. Be sure to mix the flower food according to the directions, this is important. If your flowers are in water, snip of the stems every couple days and keep watered. If flowers are in oasis flower foam, just keep it watered.
