Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

At Rainbow of Blossoms, we handcraft each arrangement and deliver it with care. Please review the following information before placing your order.
Delivery Areas & Fees Delivery availability and fees depend on the recipient’s address and are displayed at checkout. If your address is outside our online delivery area, please contact us at rainbowofblossoms@gmail.com to ask about availability.
Same-Day Delivery Same-day delivery may be available depending on order time, flower availability, delivery location, and our schedule. Please check the available dates at checkout. During holidays and busy periods, we recommend ordering early.
Delivery Times We do our best to accommodate preferred delivery times, but specific times cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed with us before ordering. Traffic, weather, holidays, and delivery volume may affect arrival times. Please contact us before placing an order with a firm deadline.
Accurate Recipient Information Please provide the recipient’s full name, complete address, apartment or suite number, and a working phone number. Include gate codes, business hours, and any special delivery instructions. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery and require an additional delivery fee.
If the Recipient Is Unavailable If no one is available, we may contact the recipient or purchaser for instructions. When conditions permit, flowers may be left in a safe, sheltered location. If safe delivery is not possible, we will contact you to arrange another attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply and will be discussed before redelivery.
Businesses, Hospitals & Funeral Homes Please include the business or facility name and any room, department, patient, or service information. Deliveries are subject to the facility’s acceptance policies and may be left with authorized reception staff. For funeral deliveries, provide the deceased’s name and service date and time.
Weather & Unexpected Delays Severe weather, unsafe roads, facility closures, or other unexpected conditions may delay delivery. We will contact you if your order requires a different delivery date or arrangement.
Flower & Container Substitutions Flowers are seasonal and availability varies. When necessary, we may substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value while preserving the arrangement’s overall style and color palette as closely as possible. Please contact us before ordering if a particular flower or color is essential.
Order Changes & Cancellations Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Requests are subject to the order’s preparation and delivery status. Once floral preparation has begun or the order is out for delivery, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Delivery & Quality Concerns If your order arrives damaged or you have a concern, please email rainbowofblossoms@gmail.com promptly, preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs so we can review it and work toward an appropriate resolution.
For the longest vase life, bring flowers indoors promptly, maintain the water level, and keep arrangements away from direct sunlight, heat, and air vents.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
