Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient's time zone.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

The purchasing of flowers on your site, I find to be very user friendly. And the arrangements I’ve chosen were beautiful and would stay in that pristine condition for a week or more.
Although this most recent arrangement did not do as well. It was delivered this last Monday the 29th and the recipients of the arrangement were in awe of its beauty. Photographs were taken and sent to friends sharing their experience
but by Wednesday May 1st the arrangement began to fade and by Thursday it looked dead.
I am hoping this will be an isolated incident and I will continue to use and your services for the time being.
