My Mother in law loves her bouquet! I don't live in the area so everything was ordered online, sight unseen. They called to inform me that they didn't have that exact shade of pink would a different shade be ok, it would still be the same kind of flower. So thoughtful to ask, I'm not sure another florest would have been that precise.

Excellent experience. I placed the order at about 4:00pm on a Wednesday and was kept informed of the entire process. They let me know that the bouquet might not look exactly like the one in the picture based on the availability of flowers, but they would match the quality and idea that I had selected. They took a picture of the finished boquet and sent me a link to view the final product, and they sent me another email to let me know that they were delivered successfully at about 9:30am the next morning.

As I already mentioned to Melissa at Price Floral, I was not happy with the arrangement. I asked for yellow and purple iris flowers and did not receive either one of those. There was too much gloomy yellow filler inbetween 5 or 6 blue iris flowers. If your shop has no purple or yellow iris flowers available, then a call or email would have been greatly appreciated prior to your shop delivering the gloomy arrangement.
I've since asked several people their opinion of the flowers delivered, and no one I know would have been pleased.

*Update* Flowers were delivered the following morning after I called and requested an update. I appreciate the quick service after they were notified. They did look very nice. I'll update my rating to reflect but would recommend if you use the online ordering to make sure they check it. Original review...Flowers did not get delivered when requested. In fact, as I write this review, they are still not delivered.

I was grateful for their query as I wanted them delivered on December 22 before Christmas. They fixed it and we hung up. I then get email picture of results. It honestly wasn’t at all what I expected. I was very upset. Until Melissa got on the phone. I sent 3 pictures for reference. About 20 minutes later picture comes for results. I could not believe it!! Amazingly better then my pictures even. I’m very excited to say Melissa went above and beyond to make sure this arrangement was how I needed it and more so wanted it. I was recommended to Price Floral by someone local when I had the event to send flowers. It was nice to be able to place my order online directly, not going through a third party site that takes a cut of the commission (I like to support the local business not the national companies). Ordering online was a breeze.
After placing my order, I received an email from the florist letting me know that they didn't have all the flowers from the picture online but would match it as best they could. A little while later, they sent a picture of the final product, which I appreciated.
The recipient was very pleased with the flowers and said they were beautiful.

It's always hard to order something online when you can't see what it will look like in advance. However, not living in Price,Utah, I took a chance and ok with what was delivered. I asked to not have red or orange and asked for soft colors. I really appreciated that a photo was sent of the order. Even though the roses were kind of a weird lavender, the arrangement was nice with daisies. I would order from this place again. . . I gave it 4 stars because of the color of the roses but otherwise it was great!

The plant on your website was beautiful. The picture of the one you delivered for me to my friends viewing was so disappointing. It didn’t have the same plants in it and it wasn’t as full. The arrangement of the white flowers with the plants wasn’t pretty. Frankly it was shabby looking. I’m quite embarrassed that I sent that plant to the viewing. It was a very poor representation of what I was really getting.

The flowers were still very beautiful. But there were no color or color vase. Everything was white. I picked those colors because it was as close to purple and that was her favorite. I did wait till last minute to order. I received a call maybe 5-10 minutes after placing the order and she said she would get them where they needed to be that night. So customer service was awesome. My aunt passed away & I went onto Price Floral's website to order flowers for the funeral. I was very late getting my order in & got it submitted online after business hours on a Saturday evening.
