|With that background, I'll explain why this order was such a disaster that I plan to go elsewhere from now on. Here's the story:
On November 1, I placed an order to be delivered to my daughter in law on her birthday, Nov 12.
On November 2, she called to tell me the flowers had just been delivered (ten days early).. I then spoke with Bert at Bloomnation and also with the owner of Prevette florist, who apologized for her error and promised "to make it right." She said "I'll make sure we send her something each day until the 12th." I told her that was more than fair, and then told my daughter in law that there was going to be a happy ending.
Three or four days later, I learned nothing had been sent. I called the Prevette owner again and she denied everything. Never said such a thing, could never afford to do it, never happened.
I called Bloomnation again and have had several conversations with Marge this week. She has been absolutely terrific and has tried her best to get things back on track. She clearly understood that I paid about 100 bucks for a birthday delivery, that the surprise had been ruined, that the florist had admitted fault and promised to rectify it, and then just lied to me.
Marge spoke more than once to the owner, told me there would of course be another arrangement arriving on her birthday (yesterday) and she'd consult with Bloomnation management about a refund.
Then everything went bad. The Prevette owner placed a series of phone calls to me on Thursday and early Friday. Since my contract is with Bloomnation, not the florist, and I had no intention of talking to someone who lied to me, I.didn't pick up. Then I got an email from Bloomnation midday yesterday, saying flowers had been delivered. They were NOTdelivered! NEVER. The owner called me yet again and I mistakenly picked up. She yelled at me that she had heard I was talking to Bloomnation about a refund and if that was the case, there'd be no flowers. I hung up.
So everything that could go wrong, did. I'm out 100 dollars, my daughter in law got no flowers on her birthday, and the florist failed from beginning to end. I would greatly appreciate a response.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
