Pomeroy Floral is a family owned and operated shop. We value each and everyone of our customers. We strive to provide the most unique fresh flower arrangement in Manistee. Here at Pomeroy Floral, creativity and quality are at the heart of everything we do. Our floral team have vast wealth of experience and attention to detail needed to take your vision for your event or wedding day and turn it into a reality. We use the highest quality flowers and take inspiration from seasonal changes and natural surroundings. We can provide table arrangements for that important party, add polish to your office setting, add personality to your shop or restaurant, cheer up your special Granny, make your better half smile. In fact there isn’t much we don’t do. In addition to fresh cut flower arrangements we also offer lovely plants for house or office. Dish gardens for Sympathy. We also offer an array gift options including candy, plush toys, candles and gift baskets.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (231) 398-7673, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (231) 398-7673 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I upgraded my arrangement also, and what arrived was not at all what was advertised or what I had been led to believe that I had purchased. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
