Nice flowers, but not happy that I got charged two delivery fees for two floral arrangements going to the same place. There was only one delivery! Yes, I was told there would be some credit going to an upgraded arrangement, but I was told that AFTER the flowers were delivered. So obviously that didn’t even happen. And the “upgrade” wasn’t what I wanted. I should have been refunded one of the delivery charges since there was only one delivery.

While the flowers are magnificent and better than the on-line picture, leaving the store for delivery at 4:00 pm seems like poor planning. My wife leaves her office at 4:00 pm. While I'd expect Valentines Day to be busy, this was the day before Valentines Day. I admit I should have provided her departure time in the order, but starting delivery's at 4:00 pm just doesn't seem like a great idea.

I only ordered this bouquet because it has irises listed in the description. There were zero irises, I will say that my wife still got a huge smile from them and said they looked amazing. The flowers were fresh, but was disappointed that there weren’t any irises in the delivered bouquet.

I ordered flower for my wife, and wrote a card for her. On the website it showed it printed in a fine cursive to send, so that was what I expected. Come to find out, when she got her flowers it was written in ink and smeared on the card. Paying $100, I thought it would at least be a printed card and not writing that looked rushed nor smeared. Beautiful flowers!! Didn't quite look like the photo, was expecting pink gerbers but they were a light peach. Delivery was later than I thought but the arrangement was beautiful!

I picked this because my aunt likes sunflowers and the yellow stood out to me but when she sent me a picture it had a yellow rose in its place and the arrangement didn't look like this picture. It was still pretty but not what I was expecting.

I never found the flowers I had sent....I saw some similar to the flowers in the ad but they were placed in some sort of brown container....? The ad on the website showed the flowers in some sort of clear/white container.... so actually, do not know what was sent. If they were the flowers I sent in the brown container then I would not be happy. Could not find the flowers after looking at all the other bouquets can only hope after paying over $100 they were there somewhere.....

Point Loma Village Florist is amazing! I was searching for a florist as I was not familiar with this area. They were the only florist to provide floral arrangements for all occasions with a user friendly website. They have unique arrangements, like the Orchid Bowl, and the delivery was made not only the same day but within a few hours of the order being placed. Would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

In 2 words, Totally Thrilled. I picked Point Loma Village Florist originally because they were the closest florist to this woman that I've been trying to court for more than 2 yrs. I don't live in San Diego so I had no idea who the good florists were. I ordered a unique large fishbowl bouquet of orchids and other greenery on their website to commemorate our monthly anniversary, and asked them to please make it a nice one because I'm trying to win her heart over. Lydia wrote back and assured me that they would make it a very nice one. Soon as my friend saw it today, she texted to me, OMG! It's beautiful!! I saw a photo of it, and it truly is. She was totally thrilled and ecstatic over it, and she also mentioned that Point Loma Village Florist is the best florist in her opinion. Thank you a hundred times over Lydia! Everything about this experience was positive. Easy online ordering and the flowers were hand-delivered right on time. I didn't get to see the bouquet but the recipient loved it and said it was just gorgeous!
