The flowers were delivered on time. I bought the deluxe. It was not as expected. The flowers were dropping and not the best quality. I expected better for the amount I paid!

The arrangement was excellent. Beyond the product itself, the customer service also impressed me. The online ordering portal didn't have any availability for delivery the day prior to Mother's Day (totally reasonable, since I was placing my order just a few days before the holiday), so I selected a delivery option for after Mother's Day.
That weekend, the team called me and said they could squeeze in delivery of my order before Mother's Day if I'd prefer, and I gladly accepted.
They already had my money, and had no reason to add more work to their busiest day of the year...but they did it anyways. Thanks guys!

The flowers were absolutely stunning, but I would have preferred it to be a longer/lower vase as pictured instead of an upward cylinder vase to make a better table centerpiece. The tall arrangement couldn't be left on the table during a dinner because it blocked too many views, but all in all - it was lovely. Thank you.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
