What I ordered and what was delivered are not quite the same. Smaller bouquet, flowers looked wilted , brown leaves and there was no color, all white, despite the description which called it “Sapphire”. I understand there may be some substitutions but this did not meet expectations.

I have to telll you I am rather disappointed, what was sent and what I picked out do not look anything like each other. The flowers I chose had yellow roses and the arrangement stood tall. What was sent had no roses and looked flimsy and limp. The last time i ordered your arrangement was beautiful. This time it looks like it was thrown together with left overs. They do not even resemble each other. The person that received them thought they were nice but she didn’t see what i really ordered. I’m really not happy and I’m surprised.

Honestly disappointed. I don't expect the arrangement to be exactly like the sample photo. Colors may be different. Sometimes flower substitutions. However, this arrangement had considerably less flowers than expected. Lacking 2 types if roses & appeared much less full. Not as many daisies. I chose the deluxe as that was what the sample stated was pictured. The service was very good and "special" instructions were followed. Perhaps next time I should call the shop and request designers choice.

Beautiful people and a wonderful location, professional. What I didn’t like is it when I got my arrangement, it didn’t look to be worth $120. I paid a lot of money for six flowers in a small little vase and I expected something much bigger for the amount of money I paid. I also didn’t like them asking for a tip right off the bat when I haven’t even used them yet. Who does that with flowers? When I picked up the arrangement I was disappointed but at the same time it was better than what I would’ve got a pick and save. If you would have, we could have openly discussed changes. You selected an arrangement from our website and asked for us to upgrade it with some height; in which I felt hole heartly did – we did within the style you selected. Florist flowers do cost a bit more than grocery store flowers, and I assure you – there was more than 6 stems of flowers included and it was at value for what we sell. If you would have, we could have openly discussed changes. Online ordering was a snap. After placing the order I received a tracker to see where the driver was. Once delivered I received a notice it was delivered and was given an option to respond. I wrote that although I saw it was delivered I didn't know if recipient was at home to accept it. I immediately received message back that the shop would check with driver and within minutes relayed that driver had spoken with recipient who was not at home and told to leave on porch. I was most impressed with the friendly "voice" greeting my late Friday afternoon call for a delivery by 10 am Saturday morning and the confidence in the florist it gave me throughout the call. The communication afterwards was wonderful, an email with all the information, price, message on card, time for delivery followed by an updated with all info and finally an email when it was delivered on Saturday morning. The vase was a squatty red vase, not the taller one pictured. I get that some changes are made from florist to florist, so that is not a huge deal. The big deal for me is the lack of an "upgrade" to the premium. The pic says that what is pictured is the Deluxe version. I ordered the Premium. Nothing is different. And since the website does not show the expected difference for an upgrade, I checked other florist companies that sold the same "Hold Me Close" version and found that what Petals for Felicia florist actually says is the Deluxe is considered the Standard on the other florist site (https://bit.ly/34vLoni).
So not only did I pay an additional amount of cash for upgrading the Deluxe to the Premium without a difference, according to another florist site, I received the Standard bouquet for the Premium price. If that is true, I am more than disappointed with my purchase. Regardless, my review reflects a disappointment strictly in a seeming lack of "upgrade" to premium.

Flowers were left at the wrong home. They offered to send replacement flowers and would deliver them the next day. Sometime that night my friend got her flowers back because her boyfriend went to the home and asked for them. The flower shop showed up the next day and my friend let them know they retrieved the flowers. Instead of giving my friend the replacement flowers they took them back to the flower shop. The flowers that my friend received look nothing like the picture that I ordered. The owner of the shop did not really seem sorry or concerned with the mixup. I will never order flowers from this shop again.

The arrangement is beautiful! The staff was very kind and helpful in helping me select a flower arrangement over the phone. However, I was disappointed that it was delivered later in the afternoon then I had hoped. It was communicated to me that a request would be made to deliver the arrangement earlier in the day if possible, but there couldn’t be a guarantee. I was hopeful that my wife would have received the flowers before I had arrived home from work for it took away from the surprise. For that I fault myself. If I were to have flowers delivered in the future, I would have to know a specific smaller window of time when they were to be delivered. Thank you.

The bouquet received was pretty, but not like the photo. I chose this bouquet because I liked the hydrangeas. Chrysanthemum and carnations were the substitute for the hydrangeas and there was a lot more greenery filler than the photo. I thought they exaggerated the size of the medium plant on their site but they did not. I would recommend ordering the small instead as they would be easier for someone to take home with them. I liked everything they did except the bow. They put a pink bow on the arrangement which I thought was not appropriate for a funeral. A white bow or no bow would be better.

I ordered a Custom bouquet for Mother's Day. My mom loved it - she said it had a ton of different, really pretty flowers. But... It wasn't really what I requested in the online order. I asked for something between the "Glorious Day" (yellow and pink roses bouquet) and "French Fancy Bouquet" (yellow/pink/purple with roses and some other types of flowers). I wrote that my mom's favorite flowers are yellow roses, so I wanted a lot of those. Well, the bouquet had a few roses, but they weren't yellow. I don't think the Custom request message was received with the order. Maybe it's a problem with the website form? Either way, my mom did get a very nice bouquet, and the card was written how I ordered it. So, I am pretty satisfied and would use them again in the future. Maybe I'll call and follow up next time though.

I have no idea what was finally sent. The florist said it had to substitute plants but not which plants or what the substitute plants were. I really would have liked to have gotten a photo of what went out, since what I ordered and is pictured, here, is not what the person received. For all I know, the delivery was wheat in a plastic bucket.

Fast service. Great selection. But disappointed that they didn’t send the vase shown in the pic. They sent a black or dark grey plain square vase. I choose the pink potpourri because it looked airy and bright but what they sent had too much red. Very dark looking. And it didn’t look like they upgraded to premium like I paid for. Other then those few things it was a pretty arrangement and the recipient liked them, that’s all that matters.

She did reach out and advised that another arrangement was done. In hindsight I would not have selected the arrangement nor the florist. I paid over $150.00 for something that I I had to accept due to timing of the funeral, it was better to have flowers sent then no flowers.

The arrangement I ordered and what was received was not the same. I quit using the online flower services (pro flowers, 1800 flowers, etc) because my purchases never looked like what I had purchased. We live in Florida and figured if we went with a local florist in Wisconsin we would get better service. If a florist advertises a specific arrangement online they should be able to provide that exact arrangement.

The flowers my mother received were pink, not the colors in the bouquet. The flowers were not even the same flowers as in the picture I received. It looked like it was put together by a 5 year old. I was embarrassed when my mom sent me a picture of the bouquet I had ordered for a good amount of money. I’m normally very worried about buying flowers online and having them sent directly to the recipient. Most times, reality looks so much sadder than the picture online—thin bouquets, dull colors—and you’re left out $100 and apologizing to the recipient. Not the case here. The delivery my mom received from Petals by Felicia was gorgeous! It was bright, vibrant, and abundant. In the online picture, you could see nearly the whole handle of the basket, but in reality, the handle was mostly obscured by blooms and beauty. I’m beyond satisfied and will be back!

There was nothing that indicated “Pink Daisy Delight” the flowers that were delivered were not as nice as the picture shown. There was many more daisies than pink roses and the container was clear, short & squared not pink at all. If the original product was not available it would’ve been nice to have been notified. I did get a call on Valentines Day asking for an alternate address for the evening as the flowers couldn’t be delivered by 4pm (totally understand, it was V-Day & I ordered online early in the morning on the same day). I was told that the flowers could be delivered 1st thing in the morning on the 15th. I called @2pm and was told “I’m walking out the door right now” flowers were finally delivered at 3:20pm. So needless to say I’m disappointed and I definitely don’t think I got my money’s worth. I ordered from out of state and was hoping to give a local florist my business. :-(

I ordered this for a friend who just really needed a positive boost. The owner of the store called me and said that they did not have some of the flowers available in this arrangement and asked if she could change a few things. I agreed but the entire arrangement was different. Different colors and a difference vase. It was all pink and purple instead of blue and white. It was still very pretty and she did love it but I wish she would have been able to get this arrangement. Maybe next time.

I was disappointed in the flowers that were sent to my friend. In the picture the daisys were neatly placed in a yellow vase with a pretty yellow gingham bow. My friends flowers came in a clear vase with no bow and were placed in vase somewhat messy.

I only chose 4 stars because 2 out of 2 times they had to substitute flowers. I LOVED the yellow roses in this arrangement. They called and asked if they could substitute, but at that point, it was already paid for and what else, as a customer, would you do? The flowers were pretty, but NOT what I thought I was buying.

I appreciated the call before delivery when I was informed the only color tulips were yellow and white. I approved the substitution, but it was disheartening to see this beautiful Spring tulip bouquet and then only be offered two colors. I believe if you are going to advertise this bouquet on the website, it should be honored, especially after it is paid for. However, the receiver of the bouquet absolutely LOVED it and it made her very happy. So, in the end, that is what really matters. Thank you for your call and professionalism in trying to rectify the situation.

Ordered flowers last minute for my Grandma's birthday. It was reasonably priced especially given the fact that it was spur of the moment. I live in another state, but Grams said she loved them. I was contacted the day of delivery by the florist herself since she was short on a specific flower, but she sent me a picture of the finished bouquet of what she used instead. I would definitely order from here again.
