Petals and Hearts Boutique Florist is a privately owned small business operating in the Saratoga County NY. Servicing Saratoga springs Capital Region of NY, Upstate NY, Connecticut and New Jersey. Being a florist has been a saving grace for my mind, body, spirit, and heart. I've always had a romantic relationship with flowers. I see love in the way bees pollinate the blooms I adore so much. I love to explore a lot of different styles of floral arranging. Whether it’s traditional, classic romantic, modern, rustic, vintage or a custom design that’s personal, we takes pride in making the clients vision a reality. Quality and service standards are set high and we guarantee all of our products to be what the customer orders. Our goal is to provide our client with what they envision. In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
