About Us
Petals and Hearts Boutique Florist is a privately owned small business operating in the Saratoga County NY. Servicing Saratoga springs Capital Region of NY, Upstate NY, Connecticut and New Jersey. Being a florist has been a saving grace for my mind, body, spirit, and heart. I've always had a romantic relationship with flowers. I see love in the way bees pollinate the blooms I adore so much. I love to explore a lot of different styles of floral arranging. Whether it’s traditional, classic romantic, modern, rustic, vintage or a custom design that’s personal, we takes pride in making the clients vision a reality. Quality and service standards are set high and we guarantee all of our products to be what the customer orders. Our goal is to provide our client with what they envision. All of our arrangements are made with a wide and fresh selection of flowers. Randi Owner and Designer a fully qualified florist with over 20 years of experience in the Wedding and Event Industry. Worked at many of the top Wedding/Event Venues in the UK AND USA.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
