PETAL + THORN: a play on Yin and Yang.
Behind every vision is a story, and this is one of love: a love of creating, of color, texture, art, design and nature. Where passions combine and their elements inspire in a multitude of ways, creating something truly beautiful.
Founded in the summer of 2022, after a culmination of years of industry experience, our Designer set his mind to expand this vision of his aesthetic into something more. He believes that floral design is an ephemeral art: created from natural elements, that have a finite lifespan. Like an Artist wields their brush, this Florist paints with blossoms and buds.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
To assure that your order is delivered, it is of the utmost importance that all necessary information be provided. Please check the address for accuracy, provide the recipients first and last name, and a current phone number for the recipient or another member of their household.
If no one is home we reserve the right leave the arrangement, but only if there is a safe and sheltered place to do so. In this case, we will leave a detailed massage with the recipient so that they may retrieve it when they return. This is dependent on the location and its accessibility. If it is deemed unsafe to leave, we will try to redeliver later that day.
Should we not be able to leave the arrangement and are unable to make contact with the recipient on the day of scheduled delivery, then a redelivery must be made on a subsequent day. There will be an additional charge for a second delivery.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Any and all adjustments to your order must be made prior to the date of delivery.
