The driver attempted the delivery that day but no one was home. So he brought it back and we planned on delivering the next day. We should have definitely let you know about that. My husband has always ordered from Bloomnation and the arragements are usually beautiful but this time I ordered for a friend and I'm absolutely disappointed.

|I ordered the pink tribute spray sort of last minute due to my husband's grandmother passing. I paid extra for them to add more flowers since I wanted it to look fuller. When it arrived at the funeral home yesterday, I was a little disappointed since it looked too simple and not completely as the photo. My husband also was not pleased and thought there would have been more flowers. I was recommended by the family to order from this place. The arrangement on the photo looks so delicate and nice but mine looked too plain and as if they just threw whatever they had together .

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
