All the flowers were beautiful, especially the large white roses. You out did yourself as I received a lot of comments on how beautiful the spray looked. The plant that was delivered looked even more beautiful than the picture. I needed to change the delivery date to the following morning-they bent over backwards to accomodate the change and the gift was delivered before 10:00 am the next morning. What a pleasant experience I enjoyed with Petal and Plants! All questions answered graciously and help was given to determine which arrangement would work best for my sister's birthday! I originally wanted a Memory Stone or some sort of outdoor statuary for a friend who had lost her husband. These items are very popular in my area of Illinois. However, it appears to be unavailable at florists in the Pasadena, TX area.I called Petal & Plants after calling several other florists and being told by each that they did not have what I wanted. Sarah at Petal & Plants politely told me they did not have what I asked for, but then offered to help with another item. I was able to order a mid-size peace lily with a 6-inch angel statue added to the arrangement. I am told it was promptly delivered the next morning.

The flowers were gorgeous and the upgrade really made a statement in the amount of flowers. The dark purple was really more of a burgundy color but the arrangement was beautiful and exactly the size that we were hoping for. We are from out of town and had no idea who to use for flowers and we really made a great choice. The arrangement arrived in time for the service and looked fresh. I placed an order and had made a mistake on my spelling. Call up the flower shop and had it fixed and order was delivered and my wife called me. Told me that arrangement was beautiful and thanked me for the flowers. I had placed an order before with and other florist which charged my card and then sent an email about two hours after I had placed the order to advise me I was outside there delivery area. I wanted to show my close friend my gratitude in a time honored tradition. This beautiful number spoke volumes to me, as well as the recipient. I don’t live in Houston anymore, but have family and close ties. Plants and Petals is the only place I would ever consider going to. They are professional, work with making your experience personal and above expectations. I started using them when my Mom introduced me years ago. I don’t use them as often, but nobody does it better. I also believe you get a great value for whatever you decide on. I would order flowers for myself regularly if I lived there they are so unique.
