Hi Dale! We did attempt delivery on the delivery date requested but the recipient did not answer the door or our calls. Their voicemail was full so we were unable to leave a voicemail. We do not leave our flowers out due to the heat. Our protocol is to redeliver the next delivery day. We have contacted the recipient and have scheduled a delivery time that works for them :)

I chose to support local business instead of going with one of the larger floral companies and what a disappointment that was. The name of this arrangement is Lavender Beauty. I purchased specifically for the Lavender and there was no Lavender whatsoever. Very disappointing and a total waste of money for the finished product received.
Update: I received a prompt phone call from Michael at Paradise Valley Florist. He was extremely apologetic for my experience. Although I was not particularly impressed with my purchase. The customer service and earnest conversation I had with Michael was quite the opposite. I would more than likely give them another chance.

I had these delivered to my Mom in Scottsdale; I am out of state. She was out jogging when they tried to deliver and they were nice enough to call both her and me to let us know they would try again once she returned. Luckily she was able to catch them while they were in the area and they came back. I appreciate that they didn't leave the flowers out in the heat! The flowers looked beautiful too. Would definitely recommend.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
