I was totally disappointed with how small the arrangement was. I requested some lilacs be included in the arrangement as it's my mother's favorite flower. I was looking for a florist local to the recipient that had unique designs. Palm Springs Flower Mart's website looked amazing and was easy to use. They called immediately with a question about the order and were so pleasant.
I received a photo of the flowers from the recipient when they arrived and they were even prettier in person. Their entire office was so impressed with the arrangement they wanted to know where they came from.

Online order was disappointing. I specifically requested “mostly tulips” in this $100 arrangement. It’s spring. Tulips are highly available everywhere. This was for a memorial of a Dutch woman who passed away, and tulips are meaningful and special to the family. There were zero tulips.

Hello PS Flower Mart! While the arrangement that arrived was lovely and very high quality, and the delivery was timely, the color palette used for the final product was very different than the one shown in the photo for "Spring Love." The bouquet delivered was very much Fall colors and while the recipient liked them, I feel the palette used was significantly different enough from advertised that this necessitates some type money back, or credit towards a future order?

This was the second time using Palm Springs Flower Mart, and they are by far so many leagues above other florists (especially the .com's of the world). I haven't visited their brick and mortar store yet, but have ordered both times online. The flower arrangements are stunning and just as they appear in the photos online. Delivery (fees added) is totally white glove service. They called me to be sure someone was home before delivery because they didn't want to leave the arrangement in the desert heat. Their service is wonderful. They are a little pricier than others, but you get what you pay for, as they say. I highly recommend them for any occasion.

My friend thought the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. When she sent me a picture, it did not match the colors of the sample. The designer used baby pink instead of the rich coral color roses as shown. Also had hydrangeas which tend to wilt quickly. I love the particular design of "Passion" and this one was not close in my view. It was definitely full and generous with the density and use of flowers and I appreciated that. The main thing the recipient was very happy!

The arrangement looked nothing like this picture.
It was missing the curly willow which was the entire look that I loved and I wasn't informed of this. And the roses were baby pink and appeared wilted despite the explanation they gave me. The store is clearly not stocked or able to handle orders and they are not communicating in advance critical changes or substitutions. Very disappointing.

When you send someone in another City a floral gift, it is impossible to know how the gift actually looked when it was delivered. I do understand that the recipient liked it very much and she even asked me where it came from, as she might use the florist in the future. I am suggesting that a florist with an on line order might photograph the plant/arrangement and send it to the sender ( how easy that would be in this modern world) so that the sender would see that it was wonderful. We have all heard horror stories about on line flower gifts - so THANK YOU so much for what I understand is quite wonderful.

I’ve also already sent an email to the support line and have yet to hear back, however was asked I write a review. Please see below.

Placed an order for a succulent delivery yesterday, 5/6 (order # 1317863377). My mom received and it looks nothing like the photo I ordered. This is extremely disappointing as we ordered this specific plant given the gorgeous vase, assortments of succulents and quick delivery. What she received, looks like leftovers from their backyard in a tin can.

Photos attached for reference, as well as a photo that states "Bouquet will be delivered approximately as pictured." Nothing about this delivery looks approximate other then yes, there are succulents.

As much as I love supporting local businesses (especially during transitional times), unfortunately this is something I need to request a full refund on as my order looked nothing like the photo and this cost me $95 (w/delivery/service charges).

Please advise. Thanks!

A pot of succulents was delivered a week early for my fiances birthday. I was bummed that they wouldn't be there on the actual day but I didn't want to complain because it was so fast. Then a week later another pot arrived on her birthday. So I'm conflicted about the whole experience.

Another drawback was that the photo of the pot of flowers I purchased was a lot nicer than what actually arrived in my opinion. The photo arrangement shows a lot more plants and a candle but on arrival it was far less plants and no candle. I realize that the photo just represents a theme or idea. But still I liked the photo a lot better.

I have used PSFM in the past and it has been a good experience. I will likely use them again in the future. But this experience was just weird all around.

I ordered a deluxe version of this for my mom's 50th and the real thing looks even better than the picture! There was no problem with delivery, got a confirmation email the next day, and mom is super happy with the original arrangement and impressed with selection/number of flowers.
