First let me say when you call Ostara Floral they are very professional and helpful. The Flowers are amazing and let me say my MOM said never go anywhere else for her flowers. And I must say both experiences were nothing short of extraordinary. Customer service is exceptional from painless private DMs to actual store visit, which is by the way the most charming flower shop I've been to. I was enveloped in a fragrant world of beauty and creativity that left a lasting impression. The calm, laid-back dog is just as lovable. The owners go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Both birthday floral arrangements were beautiful. I am beyond pleased that my friends love them. The expertise and passion of the florists at Flagler Floral are palpable. My entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. Beautiful flowers, speedy delivery and remarkable customer service!
