My order was to be delivered on Feb 14th. I received an email stating the flowers were delivered however they actually never showed up. I confirmed with our Ring camera they were not delivered. I phoned the business twice that evening to try to find out what happened and what was going to be done about the missing flowers. I never received a return call that evening or the entire next day.

Disappointed. This above image is a beautiful bouquet but what was received had many flowers replaced with less attractive and seemingly cheaper substitutes. I would encourage a phone call if there are major aesthetic changes that are required. I would have selected something different.

To say there were substitutions, in the flowers included in the arrangement, is putting it mildly. I know the ordering form says you reserve the right to substitute, but the arraignment did not come close to looking like the picture presented.

My wife loved the flowers, she said they are Gorgeous. However, I called a week before to ask questions about the premium upgrade. The woman on the phone said there would be 3 dozen roses, but only 2 came with the premium. This leads me to believe that the woman was unaware of what the upgrade was and what it contained. This is disappointing as I wanted this arrangement to be awe dropping since this was our 10 year. Very grateful my wife was very happy, but I am disappointed, the highest upgrade should have the wow I was looking for.

The item delivered did not match the item ordered. I ordered the "sphere of tranquility", which per its name includes plants in a spherical vase, but instead I received the plant in an ordinary vase . From any other florist I would haven gotten a call beforehand if they had issues fulfilling the order, but I got no call here. And when I called after the delivery, I was routed to a call center instead of the florist. I was told the florist would call me back, but they never did.

I know you have to substitute flowers but the flowers my sister sent a picture of didn’t even look the same. Mostly roses, hydrangas was terribly wilted and two of the tulips were completely open and the stems were really long so they stuck up like antenna. I have used Newport Florist numerous times in the past and have been very happy. I tried to send a picture with this review but couldn’t figure out how.
I’ll give them another try but not sure I will recommend if this happens again.

I called Newport Florist to check on my order at 1:15pm. A women answered after 6-7 rings, “hello”. I asked if I had called a florist shop. She said yes. No name of the shop when she answered. I asked about the order and she first said it would be delivered in 1 hour then changed to 1 1/2 hours. That puts the order in my family’s home in 5 1/2 hours!!! I called again at 3:45 pm again since I had not received any notification of the delivery. No answer. I texted my son to let me know when an arrangement would be delivered. The arrangement came at 3:46 pm to the home. My hope that the arrangement details when I ordered would offer a time of possible delivery in the same town. I will not be using Newport Florist again.

Last year I purchased a beautiful arrangement for my mom's birthday, so I went with Newport Florists again this year. She sent me a photo, and the only thing I was really disappointed with for this arrangement was the alternative replacement for the small yellow orchids. I don't know the name of the flower used, but they are yellow flowers that I see used in yards for landscaping purposes, and they are so plentiful grow like weeds. For that reason, I don't find them to be special flowers at all, and they are a cheap alternative. She enjoyed the arrangement either way, because it was a gift, but I was disappointed as a consumer, especially because I asked multiple times for nice flowers that don't look cheap.

Yesterday I ordered flowers for a friend who lives in SoCal. I am from NorCal so I had to depend on the internet to help me choose florist. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to purchase the arrangement in no time. The arrangement was delivered the same day and my friend loved her flowers. The only issue I had was that the arrangement looked more like a different arrangement that was very similar to the one I chose. The reason I chose the arrangedment that I chose was for the succulents. I called and spoke to the owner, Alex, this morning. I asked if maybe they had mistakenly sent the other arrangement that looked like the one I had chosen. Alex was very patient and attentive to my concerns. I told him I wasn't looking for a refund just wanted to double check and make sure that I didn't mistakenly choose the other arrangement. I highly recommend Newport Florist. While the arrangement was not exactly like I had expected, it was still beautiful. And even when I called with my concern, the owner treated me with kind regard.

The flowers were not delivered at a reasonable time. I placed the order days in advance, and at 3:30 PM they were delivered to my wife's office. Or at least that's what the email said. My wife's assistant contacted your office, who told her they had already been delivered. After some back and forth, it was discovered the flowers were still in the driver's car and didn't arrive at the office until 4:30 PM. On the plus side, the arrangement is nice.

I ordered flowers for directly from their website and paid more than i wanted but they were delivered exactly has they were suppose to. They look identical to the picture! That never happens! Thank you for a great experience!!!

Needed to send my daughter flowers on that day. Looked for a local florist on-line and found Newport Florist. I looked on-line, they had which flowers could be delivered that day. I ordered the one I wished to be delivered and within a few hours she received them. I was very impressed, happy, and satisfied. My daughter was very pleased with her flowers.

The bouquet delivered did not look like the picture featured. It looked like cheaper accessory materials were used (raffia instead of actual bamboo). I paid for a premium service and didn't feel like it measured up.
