I live in Alabama. I purchased these flowers as a get well for a family member that lives in NY. The flowers were beautiful and the card was handwritten which I feel was a personal and nice touch.

These flowers were so beautiful! The service was 10/10. I placed the order 1 day before I needed it delivered. Not only were they there trying to deliver the order before lunch, but when the recipient failed to answer her phone, they called and texted her, they texted and called me, they waited for about 20 minutes and eventually came up with a contingency plan where a restaurant held onto the flowers until she could go pick them up. That's going the extra mile! Will definitely be using this service again.

Delivery was perfectly on time and they followed my delivery instructions to a T! The delivery person even texted me to say they were delivered! :) Also, these airplants are absolutely stunning in person--the shells they come in are gorgeous! I was very happy with my order all-around. I will definitely be ordering them again.

Was not happy with the arrangement. My Aunt sent,a picture and I was disappointed. I upgraded to premium and it certainly did not look it. Not happy.
Good points...it was delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Also, when I emailed for confirmation of delivery I was answered in a timely fashion. Hence the 2 stars.
