It was disappointing. The photo vs the flowers that were delivered were very different. On the website the photos of the bouquet was listed as standard and I ordered deluxe and what was delivered was so small and underwhelming in design. I expect some variation but this was like a completely different product and had a fraction of the stems I expected.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with my purchase. It seemed that for the price these should have been in a vase. The condition of the flowers wasn't ideal either. The colors were also not at all what is in the picture.

Update:
After some constructive communication; via emails and phone calls. Nature's Gallery Florist made it RIGHT! My mother received a beautiful terrarium, with colorful, lively looking cacti! This presentation was picture perfect. No one can be perfect all the time, but i want to thank Nature's Gallery Florist for being willing to make it right. I will definitely us them again.

This was my first time using your florist, and i have to say, i am very disappointed in what my mother received today. Your picture on the website showed this beautiful round terrarium, with an amazing presentation; which i felt was well worth the $85. However, what arrived was significantly less than! It looks like a chemistry container someone crammed so succulents in, and hoped nobody would care, not so. I mean someone could have gone to the Dollar tree and got a nicer container. For a total of approx. $115
I definitely expected something far better than what was received.

I am very unhappy with my experience. I ordered the bouquet above - it was $250 - but it was for a special person who went through a difficult surgery. She loves peonies and roses so I thought it was worth it. The arrangement did not look anything like the picture. They used chrysanthemums instead of the ranunculas and the blush roses were not used either. And they used plain white vase instead of gold one in the photo - I was willing to pay up for this arrangement because if the total look - the type of blooms themselves, the color of them and the color of the vase. It fell far short - I will not use them again!

The flower arrangement received looked nothing like the pictured arrangement. A tall vase was substituted for a lower one, if I chose to send a tall vase arrangement, I would have selected one. When the recipient wasn't home, the gallery contacted us for a cellphone number - the birthday girl was out on a hike - and we texted her to let her know. The card was actually included with the floral package- it is a trifold with the name and address of the recipient on the out fold, attached inside the cellophane that wraps our beautiful box and tissue presentation. Without the card the flowers would not have an addressee and therefore the delivery would not happen. I believe the confusion about who sent the flowers generated by the fact that you did not signed your card. Thanks to your feedback we will make sure in the future to call and confirm with the sender that it is in fact their intention not to sign the card.

I loved the promptness and timeliness with which the flowers were delivered. My concern is the choice of flowers. On the website - the roses were still in budding stage that is about to bloom. These flowers last longer around 6-7 days. But the roses - which were delivered were completely bloomed or blossomed and these usually don’t last more then 3 days. It was a disappointment to spent so much money and don’t get to enjoys them for a week.

Orchids are drying out and withering. Online of orchids are white in color but is not what I received. Total disappointment as orchids look like it's going to die soon. Not worth paying almost $200 for this order. Will never order from this florist again!

I searched the internet for a positively reviewed local Philly florist and Nature’s Gallery popped right up. After reading a few reviews and perusing their website, I decided to place an order for the succulents in a giraffe planter. I wasn’t sure if my order would look exactly like the photo or whether it would arrive on time, but I am so happy with how this order turned out! Not only did the order look almost identical to the picture, but I placed a same-day order around 10:30am and it was with the recipient by 1pm. She was super surprised and excited about her new plant, which, by the photo she sent, looked clean, fresh and perfectly assembled. Honestly, I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase. The box and bow was not even close to the picture displayed. If that wasn’t enough of a disappointment. The box was damaged & held together by scotch tape. The roses themselves were in fact beautiful, but I’ve always been an advocate of presentation. You can align two meals adjacent to one another. One meal being a succulent steak dinner served on the lid of a trash can. The other being a peanut butter and jelly sandwich served on fine china. Though the steak dinner may look delicious, most people will gravitate toward the sandwich on the fine China based on the presentation. $65 for a dozen roses; I was prepared to be blown by the presentation, but I was left disappointed.

Completely Unsatisfactory! For a Valentine Bouquet with a note "to my fiancée" at $125, I expected Rainbow Roses but instead received a small arrangement with assorted flowers and a few yellow fully bloomed roses. NOT what I expected them to send as a Valentine to a fiancée. When I complained, they offered to refund my money but needed to pick up the flowers. Uhm no, how embarrassing? Instead, they said they could throw together some red roses and get them delivered before the end of the day. When they delivered the replacement bouquet, they took back the overly bloomed yellow rose bouquet (which was actually nicer than the replacement red roses!). I understood that was all they had in stock (on Valentine's Day) as a replacement but they also insisted on taking the original flowers back. The replacement flowers which, although they were roses, were definitely not worth the price as the arrangement was very sloppy. I have used Nature's Gallery every Valentine Day for the last 3 years but I will never use them again.

Susan, Thank you for sharing your comment just about a month later. To be fair I would like to add that you order Rainbow online not the Rainbow roses. I believe the disappointment was truly caused by the fact that you thought you had ordered a different item. Of course ordering a mix flower arrangement and expecting and all roses arrangement will cause disappointment to anyone. In a very busy day such as Valentine's day- the busiest single day of the year for any florists, we stretched ourselves and replaced immediately. The roses we carry are of the highest quality as all our clients know. Our designers are very talented and winners of Silver Medals at the Philadelphia Flower Show for three consecutive years. Sloppy is not what we do and while we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, it is important to remain fair and report with accuracy the facts. We regret that you have not had the experience you wished for but we hope that you will continue to use our services maybe placing your order via phone or looking at a screen where you can see pictures - if you recall you had called the shop and inquired about rainbow and mentioned the rainbow roses because you could not see the pictures. I personally spoke with you and clarify that Rainbow and rainbow roses were NOT the same arrangement. I had also mentioned that Rainbow roses was not available and that Rainbow included roses but it was a mix arrangement. Lastly, if you end up with an arrangement that you don't like we obviously take it back and give you a new one, why would you want to keep the old if it wasn't what you want? - With that said we would be delighted to be at your service whenever you may need beautiful floral arrangements and invite you to come visit our store and meet our wonderful staff. This will eliminate any misunderstanding from future orders.

My daughter is a curator at a contemporary art museum. When is saw the Black Baccara I thought is was the perfect arrangement to send for her recent opening. I was very disappointed when I saw the arrangement my daughter received. It did not have the dark, rich color roses advertised and the arrangement looked as if it was days old. Everything was great! Flowers were worth every penny, the presentation exceeded expectations, and delivery service was accomadating. Since nobody was home at the time of the delivery, I had kindly asked the delivery man, Marvin, to come back in 3 hours when somebody would be home to take the flowers inside. He willingly said yes and came back on time with no problems whatsoever.
The message delivered with the flowers was printed out as requested. I was disappointed that the font wasn’t cursive as reviewed on the website. Next time, the font should match up.

The flowers look just like the picture, if not better. (If opted for the larger size and they put in extra flowers.) Every detail was perfect - from the leaf wrapped around the inside of the vase, to the nice round stones at the bottom of the vase (larger and nicer than the ones in the picture), to the quality and placement of the flowers. The flowers still look great 3 days later. Nature's Gallery was very considerate in calling to confirm the recipient was at the delivery location because of the ongoing SEPTA strike. I highly recommend Nature's Gallery and will use them again.

Our customer is in Philadelphia, we are in Wisconsin. I always try to contact a local floral shop. This was an amazing experience. The floral shop called and asked if I'd like to wait for the sunflowers to come in or we could go with Gerber daisies. needed a local florist to send flowers to my sister-in-law who was having a rough week. i didn't want to order from one of the big chains...find their bouquets are boring and never that nice, but i live in nyc and was relying only on yelp reviews. i decided to send said flowers at 11pm the night before leaving the country early the next morning for 6 days, so also needed to be able to order online, see pictures of what i was selecting, and wanted a place with good reviews that could deliver the next day. Nature's Gallery did NOT disappoint! i emailed the next day to confirm delivery and Gabriella responded right away to tell me when the flowers had been delivered, plus she included a picture of the gorgeous bouquet. My sister-in-law loved the arrangement, which she said was gorgeous and smelled lovely. put a smile on my sister-in-law's face, delivered promptly, great service, beautiful arrangement - when i need flowers in philly again, i will definitely user nature's gallery.
