Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
MV Flowers OKC Delivery Policy
At MV Flowers OKC, we take great care in making sure every floral arrangement arrives fresh, beautiful, and safely to its destination. Please review our delivery policy before placing your order.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for most orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time, subject to availability, delivery location, order volume, and product availability.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
During high-volume holidays and special occasions, including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, same-day delivery may not always be available even when an order is placed before the cutoff time.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the recipient’s location and distance from our shop and will be displayed at checkout.
Each delivery fee applies to one delivery address. Orders going to multiple addresses will require separate delivery charges.
Delivery Times
We do our best to accommodate requested delivery times; however, specific delivery times are not guaranteed unless arrangements have been confirmed directly with our shop.
Requested times are considered preferences and may vary depending on traffic, weather, order volume, delivery route, and other circumstances beyond our control.
For businesses, schools, funeral services, and other locations with closing or service times, please include the applicable time when placing your order. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver before that time.
Recipient Not Available
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver may:
• Leave the arrangement in a safe and appropriate location when weather and circumstances allow. • Leave the arrangement with a receptionist, front desk, security desk, neighbor, or other authorized person. • Contact the recipient or sender for additional delivery instructions. • Return the arrangement to our shop if there is no safe location where it can be left.
If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Once an arrangement has been successfully delivered or left in a safe location according to the information provided, MV Flowers OKC is not responsible for theft, loss, weather exposure, pets, or damage occurring after delivery.
Correct Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:
• Recipient’s full name • Complete street address • Apartment, suite, or unit number • Gate or access code when applicable • Recipient’s phone number • Business, hospital, school, hotel, or venue name when applicable
MV Flowers OKC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If our driver attempts delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer and another delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Apartments & Gated Communities
Please provide all apartment numbers, building numbers, gate codes, and access instructions when placing your order.
If our driver cannot access the property and is unable to contact the recipient or sender, the arrangement may be returned to our shop and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Hospitals & Medical Facilities
Hospital deliveries are subject to each facility’s individual policies.
Please provide the recipient’s full name, hospital name, and room number when available.
Some hospital departments, including intensive care units and restricted areas, may not accept flowers. When direct room delivery is not permitted, arrangements may be left with the hospital’s designated reception or delivery area.
MV Flowers OKC is not responsible when a hospital restricts or refuses floral deliveries.
Schools
School deliveries are subject to each school’s individual policies.
Most school deliveries will be left at the main office or designated reception area. We cannot guarantee that flowers will be personally delivered to a student, teacher, or staff member inside a classroom.
Businesses
Please provide the business name, suite number, recipient’s department when applicable, and business closing time.
Orders received too late to reasonably arrive before the business closes may be delivered on the next available delivery date.
Funeral Homes & Services
For funeral deliveries, please provide the deceased’s full name, funeral home or service location, and scheduled service time.
We strongly recommend placing funeral orders as early as possible to allow adequate time for preparation and delivery.
Although funeral deliveries receive special attention, orders placed shortly before a service cannot be guaranteed to arrive before the service begins.
Weather & Unexpected Delays
Severe weather, hazardous road conditions, traffic incidents, accidents, road closures, or other circumstances outside our control may cause delivery delays.
The safety of our employees and drivers comes first. If conditions make delivery unsafe, we reserve the right to delay or reschedule the delivery and will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer.
Holiday Deliveries
Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, National Girlfriend Day, and other major floral holidays are extremely high-volume delivery periods.
During these dates:
• Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. • Delivery windows may be extended. • Same-day availability may be limited or closed early. • We recommend ordering in advance to secure your preferred delivery date.
Selecting a delivery date guarantees the requested date whenever reasonably possible, but does not guarantee a specific delivery time.
Delivery Confirmation
A delivery confirmation may be sent after the order has been successfully delivered.
Our delivery team may also take a photo of the arrangement at the delivery location as proof of delivery when appropriate.
Changes to a Delivery
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an address, recipient information, or delivery date.
Once an arrangement has been prepared or has left the shop for delivery, changes may not be possible and additional delivery charges may apply.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
