This bouquet named “Ranunculus Lovers” was received with not one Ranunculus in it….
Very disappointing as I ordered it specifically for a person that does love Ranunculus and thought this would be perfect.
It should be named something else if they cannot provide that specific flower.

The flowers themselves were beautiful and exceptionally fresh, and they were just the kinds and colors of flowers I asked for (even though there was a necessary substitution of the freesia). However, the particular pink of the hydrangeas clashed with the peaches of the roses and ranunculus, so the arrangement as a whole was not harmonious.

Finally, I had the opportunity to send an arrangement to someone in the Chicagoland area and as expected, you created an extraordinary arrangement. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
