My experience with this vendor was most positive. The order was accepted one day in advance (many national florists can not guarantee such a close-in-time delivery). The extra fee charged for the online order was only $5 (with other vendors it could be up to $25 or 10% of the order, whichever is higher). The delivery happened even in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic with all the precautions taken for delivery. And most importantly, the delivered bouquet was exactly the same as shown on the website. (A lot of times it is not the case with other florists (usually the actual bouquet is much smaller and not as pretty as on the picture)). I highly recommend this local florist. Thank you!

My husband and I are in California and our brand new granddaughter who was just born lives in New York. I ordered flowers through Bloomnation and they were on time and just beautiful when they were delivered. Great job. I used them because when I was in the hospital in April I received flowers from Bloomnation and they were so beautiful. Outstanding floral display that the nurses kept coming in to look at them. I also sent some flowers to my niece when her mother passed away and she said the same thing... they were just beautiful. Thank you Bloomnation for doing a superb job.

The delivery was on time and the flowers were exactly like in the picture! My mom was trilled for her Mother's Day bouquet. Thank you for such a smooth delivery and great arrangement! Better than any other flower service I have had experience with!
Something to note, however: Mr. Bokay Flowers was very hard to reach - I called several times to confirm and check on my order but I heard the phone picked up and then I was hung up on several times in a row. It was very frustrating - nevertheless, still a very great bouquet!

Sent these flowers for Mother's Day. My mom says they were fresh and beautiful, possibly the best bouquet she's gotten from me in the last 10 years. I've used ProFlowers and FromYouFlowers in the past, and will probably stick to BloomNation from now on.

This is our second delivery with Mr. Bokay. The actual bouquet looks very similar to the photo and the service is great!

Mr. Bokay's is the best florist serving southwest Fairfield County. They were prompt in their service, delivering a superbly elegant floral arrangement that thrilled the couple who hosted me at their home. You guys are wonderful!!

In the original photo, there were roses in the bouquet. In the arrangement my sister received, there were no roses. It was pretty but no roses. I chose one with roses because it gives a bouquet a more elegant touch than cheaper flowers so I was a little disappointed.

This was easy and was greatly appreciated by the recipient. The arrangement was apparently beautiful.
