Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Orders placed before 1:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery depending on availability.
For orders after the 1:00 PM cutoff, please contact us and we will let you know if we can accommodate same-day delivery.
Same-day delivery availability may vary based on the delivery location, order size, and daily delivery volume.

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

|Each time they exceed my expectations. I also like that the actual arrangements look much better in person than on their website. Which is a welcome change. Usually, these photos are manipulated to look more impressive, but not with More Than Flowers.
Each time, I always get calls asking me where did I get such beautiful flowers from other folks in the office I sent the flowers to.
Don't think twice, well worth the $$$$

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
