Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Hello Ms Taylor. We want to first thank you for placing an order with Moller's Flower Shop. We regret the delivery did not happen within the time frame you had hoped. We always call before delivery to ensure someone will be home to receive the arrangement. As you mentioned, we were unable contact your sister by phone on Saturday. Our driver coordinator shared we did not make contact on Monday either. We have an individual dedicated to managing deliveries for both the Nursery and Flower Shop to avoid delivery confusion. She does not recall speaking with anyone regarding the delivery on Monday. The arrangement was delivered on Tuesday morning, as you mentioned. I've been unable to track down who you might have spoken with regarding the delivery on Monday.
There is simply no reason for anyone to lie about deliveries. Moller's understands everyone makes mistakes and when they happen, we do our best to rectify them. We made several attempts to contact your sister to make the delivery.
We did make an error with the electronic notification. You should have received emails letting you know deliveries were attempted and that step was overlooked. By attempted, we mean we were unable to reach the recipient by phone in order to make the delivery. The system simply understood the delivery was made on the original date when the order was marked as delivered - - not a lie. An error. We have now instituted a new policy for deliveries to include both phone calls and text messaging when attempting to reach the recipient.
It is our understanding this site does not forward posted responses to the client so a copy of this response will be forwarded to you shortly.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
