“Miss Daisy” came very highly recommended and they certainly didn’t disappoint.
Not only was the quality above and beyond, so was the customer service.
I ordered the flowers on Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend and they were delivered on the following day…this was so important to me that they were able to accomplish this quick response.
They had to modify the arrangement slightly, since a holiday weekend and the flower market was not open.
I got a text explaining the necessary modification if next day delivery and knowing it would still be beautiful, I said “ok” to modify.
They then sent me a photo of what they created which really reassured me the value of what I had just purchased.
They are now my “go to” florist.

I believe I ordered a premium version and not standard. It is lovely, but for premium price I expected a larger arrangement. What arrived looks just like the picture (great!), but again, $175 is way too much to charge for a premium version.

Miss Daisy is by far the best florist in the Las Vegas valley. I ordered a floral arrangement on Friday morning to be delivered on Sunday. I received a message from them asking if I'd like the arraignment to be delivered the same day! When the arraignment was delivered, we discovered that some of the flowers had tips that were cold/freezer burned. We called the florist and spoke with the owner Jessica, we explained the situation and sent photos of thew damaged flowers. Within 90 minutes we had a new arraignment delivered to our house! The new arraignment was even better than the first!!!!!!

Customer Service 10/10 and Quality in Product aka the absolutely gorgeous flowers 10/10, flowers that last longer than just a couple days and are even more breathtaking once the flower completely bloom. I am really disappointed is all I can say . I am from Colorado and I usually order trom another florist in Vegas for my daughter. I checked your reviews and they seemed pretty good so I thought I would give you a try. I will never order from you guys again the arrangement looks awful and all the flowers are so tiny! I paid over 100 dollars for this geesh. I'll pass this along to all my Vegas people for sure.

The flowers in the arrangement came basically almost dead . Very dark and lifeless . Wife didn’t tell me to not spoil the moment but our daughter sure did. She said mommy is not gonna say anything cause it’s so sweet of u but they are ugly dad. They are dark on the dead side leaning down dead . And it’s ashame cause they cost $170 for such a small arrangement . $170 for dead flowers is abuse !!!

Then day of delivery, they sent me a photo of the actual bouquet which is amazing bc sometimes you’re not sure what you’re going to get (e.g., is it as good as the pic? - it is!!). I purchased the sunset chaser bouquet and was informed that a few flowers were out of stock. The florist asked if she could substitute some flowers as long as it kept within the same color flow/feel. Great experience for the first time, they ran out of a certain flower fom the order that I placed but some lady called me to notify me which was awesome! The only thing that I did not give a 5 star is because she told me that they were going to send me a photo, to see how the new boutique looked like since it was going to look different from the photo. An amazingly gorgeous bouquet was delivered to my son-in-law. My small grand children thought it was so pretty that it couldn’t be real.
Their customer service was also wonderful. They were out of one of the flowers that came in the arrangement I ordered and called me to say they were looking for it through all of their resources. It was Friday and I told her not to worry and to put together something appropriate and beautiful. It was beyond my expectations.... very happy!

It's rare to find a flower shop in Las Vegas with such amazing and friendly customer service. The bouquet we received did not look anything like the picture, we were very disappointed. There were no pink flowers in the bouquet so the pink ribbon was clashing with it. It was not elegant or sophisticated.

Excellent customer service! I live out of town and researched LV forists. Miss Daisy was what I was looking for...not your basic florist! I did everything online and gave specific delivery instructions which they followed completely. The follow up phone call by the delivery man was greatly appreciated. My mom LOVED her fresh cut arrangement! She said she had never received such a beautifully created arrangement. She commented also how long the flowers stayed in bloom for over a week. She loved the enclosed card and actually thought I had written it because the font was so unique. If you want to make a lasting impression with flowers, Miss Daisy is your go-to florist in Las Vegas. I had to trim all the stems on the arrangement since they were all disheveled during delivery and put together half-assed by taping the flowers instead of placing them in foam for support

There was a problem w/delivery. The person delivering couldn't figure out the Apt. #. If the Apts. #s don't go pass the 900s. And the Apt. # given had a 1 before the 9. Then drop the 1 and the remaining 900 # is the correct Apt.#.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
