In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

|However, there was no sign of the flowers. I checked with my Mother and there was no delivery. I sent an email asking for this to be followed up but got no response.
Please provide me with photographic evidence from the courier that they were delivered as you say they were. If they did deliver them, there should be a photo.
There were no flowers and as I see it there are 2 options - you send out a delivery to make good on the order that I paid for or you refund me in full.
I find this process of dealing with your company incredibly disappointing. We specifically requested the Saturday delivery so my Mother could enjoy the flowers for Mother's Day and you did not deliver on this.
This is not the first problem we have encountered with your company. We placed an order for Easter (9882722080) and those flowers were sent to the wrong address and just left out in the heat. The person living at that address then took them round to my Mother's house - so basically completed your job.
I am trying to support local businesses but evidently there is a problem with how you handle deliveries. Why should I continue to place orders with your company if you can't even deliver to an address that is barely 10 minutes walk from your Flagler location?
Please respond detailing how you will resolve this problem.

Unfortunately, sometimes customers use reviews to hurt the credibility of small businesses, even when we work hard to serve them well and they come also from an small business ( email of costumer it’s from an insurance company)
. As I explained to you over the phone, your order was prepared, sent, and successfully delivered to the front desk of your house. What happened afterward is something we cannot control.
You never called the phone number included in the confirmation email you received when ordering, and you also had the option to email us directly. If you had contacted us, we would have immediately sent you the proof of delivery.
Despite being confident that your order was delivered, we still processed a refund for you in good faith. For future reference, please make sure to check the full process and reach out directly before leaving a review that does not reflect the true efforts of a small business working hard to do good.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
