Delivery Policy

In the event the customer is not home we will leave the product at the door and snap a picture for proof of delivery. If you are sending flowers to a gated community, it is essential, we have gate codes if needed. We recommend that you provide a correct phone number for the recipient so we can make contact if the customer is not home.
